Pros:

Неплохой бюджетный отель, совсем недалеко от моря. Из некоторых окон вид на море.
Цена - качество. До этого я за те же деньги останавливалась в хостеле в старой части города, - в этом отеле на много лучше и с завтраком.

Cons:

Этот отель очень старый и очень уставший. Номера грязные. Все очень старое. В номере нет ничего, ни чайника, ни чая ни кофе. Вместо пододеяльника с одеялом только простынь, отдельно одеяло лежало в шкафу. Рядом с отелем идёт снос соседнего отеля, шумовое сопровождение весь день. Такое ощущение, что хозяину вообще наплевать на все. Можно было бы попробовать почистить мебель, душ, и т. д.., но нет. Гостей в отеле, судя по количеству людей на завтраке очень мало, что весьма закономерно.
В общем я так ещё не отдыхал.....
Если хотите незабываемых впечатлений то добро пожаловать в это заведение, эмоции гарантированы..

The views are fabulous, all the staff are very nice and very helpful

May Bathroom could be improved, a bit smelly. And the swimming pool in the winter season removing the Water will have a better aspect of the hotel when it is not used.

Staff were polite and friendly. End of season so only few ppl were staying at hotel .
Pros:

End of season so not meny costomers. First morning there was 2 slices cold meat and 2 pieces of hard bread . Yusuf made sure there was breckfast of the duration of holiday. Location was perfect .

No kettle .

Один з адміністраторів видер в мене з рук телефон коли я попросила пароль wi fi. Зіпсувала враження про готель така нахабна поведінка.
Кондиціонер не працював.
В ванній велика дірка на вулицю разом з вентиляцією яка не закривається.

Amplasarea hotelului aproape de mare. Camera mare și curată cu vedere la mare. Micul dejun a fost bun. Pentru cazare de o noapte hotelul a fost bun. Am avut asigurată și parcarea.

The views, close location to the beach and bus stop, balcony and you can't beat the price. I would definitely book another place, if you are staying with someone who needs good comfort.

Cons:

Room noise from other rooms you can hear if someone is peeing or whispering. Also I could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking in the rooms beside me. Hairs and dirt left behind.
Blanket and towels that smell like they haven't been washed in a while. Very unappealing food served in the restaurant provided in the morning.
The staff also were not very professional and not great communication.
