Please note that the reception is closed after 22:00 from Monday to Saturday, and after 17:00 on Sundays and public holidays. Please contact the hotel in advance, should you arrive after this times. You can then get the key for the hotel room from the key box on the left side of the main entrance. You will receive the code for the key box with the confirmation of your reservation.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Very hot- no air con and a very ineffectual fan in room. Breakfast was a bit lacking.

Pros:

удобное расположение для подъема на Пилатус. Прекрасный ужин в ресторане и вкусный завтрак. Бесплатные бутылочки с водой.

Soggiornare al panificio 😋
Pros:

Perfetto per chi vuole visitare Lucerna senza svenarsi, ci sono tutti i comfort, una ricca colazione con pane e brioches preparate dal loro stesso panificio adiacente, dove si possono anche trovare provviste per il viaggio.
Ampio parcheggio privato e veranda esterna dove si può anche cenare.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, in effetti c' erano molti ospiti .

Cons:

Manca l' aria condizionata, c'era solo un ventilatore
Con il caldo di questi giorni non era sufficiente ma speriamo che prossimamente si attrezzino perché è veramente l' unica pecca.

Eine schöne erholsame Zeit
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr individuell und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksrestaurant ist immer sehr gut besucht und kann auch von Personen genutzt werden, die keine Hotelgäste sind. Aber das Personal ist wirklich fleißig und trotz, dass es immer voll ist, muss man nie lange warten.
Auf dem Flur steht ein kleiner Getränkekühlschrank in dem für die Hotelgäste Wasser zur Verfügung steht. Gleich daneben steht ein Schale mit frischen Obst für die Gäste bereit.
Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.
Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Es wäre schön einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer zu haben, besonders wen man mehrere Tage dort ist und Medikamente gekühlt aufbewahren muss. Aber ansonsten hat alles super gepasst.

Pros:

חניה בחינם, צמודה למלון. יש מעלית. ארוחת בוקר טובה. בסגנון משולב של מזנון והגשה של מלצר. ביקשנו ביצה מקושקשת והכינו לנו. ואפשר לבקש סוגי שתיה חמה שונים. המארחת מאוד חביבה ונתנה שירות יעיל ואדיב.

Cons:

המזרון היה קשה מידי. לא היה מקרר בחדר, אלא במסדרון ומשותף למספר חדרים ולא אישי.

Un très bon séjour à Stanstad
Pros:

Un personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Des petits déjeuners et repas copieux et très bons.
J'ai particulièrement apprécié les efforts faits pour m'aider alors que l'ascenseur était en panne à notre arrivée. Aide pour monter les bagages, petit déjeuner royal servi en chambre et ascenseur réparé dès le matin suivant.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely, very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel had a bakery which was very nice. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. I had to check out very early on the Saturday morning and would miss breakfast, so the staff made me a packed breakfast to take with me and left it outside my room for the morning which was very kind. It was a great location, very quiet peaceful town with stunning views, and it was only a short train journey into Lucerne.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Geschikt voor meerdere dagen. Mooie uitvalsbasis om de prachtige streek te verkennen.
