Ein außergewöhnlich freundliches, luxuriöses und zuvorkommendes Hotel.
Pros:

Außergewöhnliches, interkontinentales Frühstück mit den vielfältigsten Angeboten. Das Personal ist zahlreich vorhanden, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und versucht zu jedem Gast eine sehr angenehme Beziehung aufzubauen.

Cons:

I stayed in room 106 and the room is not sound proof. The whole day you could hear the cars and ceremony happening disturbing your sleep and stay at the hotel.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I would like to share some feedback.

Cons:

At check-in, I mentioned my concern about being assigned a room next to the reception, but I was assured it would not be noisy. Unfortunately, we could hear the reception staff greeting guests and children running in the corridor throughout the evening.

As a result, we had to change rooms that same night and were later moved again to a third room during our stay. Having to change rooms twice while travelling with children was quite inconvenient and affected our overall experience.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, and the scenery from the pool area was just as beautiful. There were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would happily stay again.

The pillow size was quite large.
