A pleasant stay
Pros:

The pool is nice with a great view. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It seems a bit dated and the room is quite small compared to other resort of similar price range.

A good and comfortable hotel for a short stay in Ubud, but not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet to truly rel
Pros:

The hotel is functional and well maintained, with a very friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was especially kind and helpful, from the restaurant team to the pool service, which was excellent. The pool area was definitely one of the highlights, with beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also very good.

Cons:

The main downside is that it is not a quiet place to rest. The room doors are very noisy and every time someone closes a door, it makes a loud bang that can wake you up. The hallway noise makes it difficult to sleep properly, which is a significant issue that the hotel should address.

The Kids Club is also very limited and mainly oriented towards very young children, with only one staff member and rather basic activities.

In addition, the dining options are somewhat limited, with only one or two restaurants. However, the breakfast service stands out positively, with very attentive staff and a good variety of options.

Unforgettable stay for all the right reasons
Pros:

Fantastic location and staff. So friendly and welcoming. One of the best hotel stays we have ever done. Fantastic food for breakfast and evening meals. Bar staff were outstanding.

Cons:

Really not much. It took a little use to navigate around but that was us not the hotel.
