Cons:

The food isn’t 5 star! Lots of room for inprovement! Food was bland, no real flavours. Even an easy to do burrito tasted of nothing… the Indonesian stuff tasted of nothing too. Very desappointing. We had much better food at warungs close by.

A calm paradise
Pros:

A beautiful, serene property that offers a wonderful sense of calm, yet there are plenty of daily activities to keep you perfectly occupied.

Our room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The pool is fantastic, offering stunning views overlooking the forest.

The food was absolutely amazing—we had all three meals at the resort and loved dining at both Tall Trees and Tabia. The breakfast had a very good spread at Tabia.The Indonesian food offering for dinner at Tabia was fantastic and we loved our lunches by the pool at Tall Trees. The cocktails were also a massive highlight! The spa is spectacular and a must-do.

While the resort itself is gorgeous, what truly makes this place special is the warm connection you feel with the team. It’s not a massive, impersonal property; the staff are genuinely beautiful, friendly people who constantly go the extra mile to make your stay great.

Hady & Andika (F&B Manager) for looking after us so well. These two guys were so good went extra mile to get something special for us every day. You just query about a fruit and they would make sure it is on your table everyday for breakfast. That was just how good they were.

Cinthia at Tall Trees and Tina, Riska, & Lia at Tabia for the wonderful dining service. Thank you Tina for your valuable dining suggestions.

Wiana , Dharma(Bar Attendants) for the amazing cocktails.

Amelia & Wenda at the Spa for an amazing experience.

Anjali and the two other boys for the fantastic Yoga sessions.

Juli, Heri, Wayari, & Demai (Pool Assistants) for the great service by the deck and daily activities including even preparing amazing Balinese Hats

Wouldn’t be staying here again.
Pros:

Not much. It’s a dated property. Definitely needs a full renovation especially given the brand.

Cons:

The food service was just awful. Our meals took well over an hour to come to us. Everyone at the restaurant was having the same issue. VERY long wait times for meals. The rooms although decent were old. Cobwebs on ceilings etc. and a peculiar stench in the bathroom.
