Ein wunderschönes traditionelles Engadiner Haus an einer sehr schönen Lage! Das Haus und die Restaurants sind herrlich, vor allem das Frühstück. Das Personal ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind im Vergleich zu den anderen Räumen im Haus, die äusserst gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet sind, sehr spartanisch und altmodisch. Das ist nicht weiter schlimm, aber so stimmt der Preis einfach nicht

The hotel is beautiful to start with.Nice building and nice rooms.Very clean also..the staff is friendly .

Cons:

So much noise from the restaurant downstairs..We came there to relax but the restaurant was busy both nights with noise and music even after midnight .
Plus it was way too expensive.Ok it is in Switzerland..things are expensive but I can not justify having to pay more than I payed in Zurich for example...
FurthermoreI did not like the fact that we were three persons. and we had to get two rooms .They could not add an extra bed in a room that was big enough for two adults and a kid
Finally breakfast included in the price was just basic..

Grande disorganizzazione: il personale era giovane e inesperto, ma molto volenteroso.
La Direttrice lasciava fare, ma a partire dalla colazione per terminare con la cena, lunghe attese.
La camera era abbastanza anonima, abbiamo dovuto portare le valigie fino al terzo piano senza ascensore e il bagno era con vasca e senza bidet.
Prezzo molto elevato per la qualità dell'hotel.
