Das Zimmer und der SPA Bereich waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

An der Rezeption sprach man nur sehr bedingt englisch. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Essen war eher lauwarm. Aber das kann einem in Bulgarien öfter passieren

Breakfast & Dinner - food wasn't delivered on time and during the whole timeslot when it was supposed to. Very frequently there wasn't enough new food stocked for the guests.
