Pros:

The reception desk and rooms were on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator. Had to take cold showers. Only once was the water warm. Requested a chair but was never provided. Located in what seemed a unsafe location. When we arrived we were told they had not heard from Orbitz and we had no reservation. I had passed out after climbing 3 flights of stairs due to heart condition. I gave them our paper word yet they continued to harass us and say we owed more than we were booked for. We told them it was confirmed by Orbitz and they needed to call you. They finally left us alone. It should be noted that you need to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage and that there is no elevator or assistance provided.
