The best experience the also the best service
Room a little worn out, the wallpaper started peeling, tiles in the bathroom started to stain and yellowing. Light switch doesn’t match the light, there are switch that doesn’t connect to any light, and light with no switch. Sanitary in the bathroom could use a refresh as well, water temperature not stable.
We can hear the traffic clearly from the room, even in late hours with motorcycle racing in the street in front of the hotel. The window could use a better sound proofing
Staff service was great, appreciate the front desk staff who brought my food delivery up to the room, great hospitality from all staff in the hotel.
I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and in this 2 weeks, Hospitality and the way they take care of the guests are super and take with special care. Foods also so good. All staff’s are so good and so kind

My stay at this hotel to celebrate my child's 3rd birthday was truly wonderful. As always, the hotel surprised us with a "Happy Birthday" message on the mirror and a mini cake. The children's facilities were decent, although the outdoor area is quite limited and most of the activities are indoors. During our stay, however, the swimming pool water was rather dirty, and there were no staff available to provide towels. As a result, my child ended up enjoying the bathtub in our room more than the pool. One thing I really appreciated was the mini playground located next to the restaurant. It was very convenient because my husband and I could take turns watching our child while enjoying our breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, I really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, the selection was varied, and the overall quality was excellent. Our room was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. In addition, every member of the hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
All staff are nice, Duty Manager very helpfull, the room clean and all amenities very good.
The hotel's facilities all great, the kids really having fun in the hotel, surely gonna back again.

The staff at front counter, spa and restaurant were polite and helpful.
The towels and packed amenities were old - they do not match the overall upscale design of the bathroom. Secondly, there's a hygiene problem in Mangan restaurant where they serve breakfast. It is observed that the table mats were not changed after previous guests left - new utensils were place on top of the used mats.
Nice hotel. Get, at least, a junior suite. The lounge is very comfortable and you get access to that with any room that's junior suite or above. Service was good. Very friendly staff. I didn't particularly like their Long Island at the Italian restaurant but their dry aged beef was pretty tasty. Just ask beforehand what sauces they offer because I didn't particularly care for the sauce they gave me. But, the beef was good enough that it didn't need any sauce. Checkout was very fast. I'll go there again at some point. Solid place and unique layout. Pretty cool. Cheers.
