The room was terrible the shower didn’t work the kettle was broken the hair dryer broken and usless the lighting terrible the ac to cold couldn’t get it to warm , the curtains didn’t shut out the light

Truly an experience I will never forget.
Pros:

The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. So many options to choose from. The room itself was exquisite and very comfortable. The service we received was amazing and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I absolutely loved the spa. Definitely worth it to stay here!

Cons:

The only thing that I can think of was that there was a bit of a smell coming from the shower drain in the bathroom. They might want to consider cleaning the drain at some point but everything else was lovely.

If you are business traveler, please check with hotel about an invoice carefully.
Pros:

Room and location are OK.

Cons:

The way of communication between travel agent and hotel is so bad. Just easy issue cannot be solved by both parties. It is just a document issue, which is not a big or difficult requirement. I did not request the tax invoice but just folio, which I have to use for expenses claim in other country not in Indonesia. So, just a folio indicate room rate and detail of stay.

There is literally nothing negative i could say about my stay here. Expensive but not overpriced. Super accommodating and high quality in everything. I lied, the one negative is if you want to go to jakarta then its a time commitment

The inconvenience experienced
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The main issue was the service, especially regarding my request for a late checkout. I politely asked for an extension until 12:30 PM for a legitimate reason (to perform Salah before lunch), but the request was declined without flexibility or understanding.

For a hotel that claims to offer hospitality and guest comfort, this felt unreasonable and unaccommodating. A simple extra 30 minutes should not be difficult, especially when the request relates to a basic personal need.

Because of this, my stay felt uncomfortable and not guest-focused. I would not recommend this hotel based on the lack of courtesy and service mindset. Hospitality is not only about the room, but how guests are treated — and in this case, it was disappointing.

Con los ruidos imposible descansar
Pros:

El desayuno es de los mejores que he tenido nunca, la cama era cómoda y el personal amable.

Cons:

Cierran restaurantes del hotel para eventos. Estás allí hospedado y no puedes disfrutar de todo lo que ofertan porque lo dejan para celebraciones privadas.
Además, a penas pude dormir, estuvieron toda la noche "montando algo" en el piso superior y no pararon de dar martillazos durante la noche. Las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas, pese a haber estado en el piso 13 se escuchaba el ruido del tráfico (que por cierto en Yakarta nunca para) perfectamente.
Entre el tráfico y los martillazos no pude descansar, y si en un hotel (que es para dormir) no puedes descansar, se merece una mala puntuación, al menos para mí.
Ni usando los tapones que por cierto, por algo será que te los dejan gratuitamente en la mesita de noche, pude pegar ojo.
En el check out comenté el problema que tuve, y sólo supieron decirme que lo sentían, no tuvieron ni el más mínimo detalle para compensar.

I will rate 9.5 out of 10
Pros:

everything is nearly perfect, I like the swimming pool, the close time is more than 10pm. And there are lots of restaurants near the hotel, and no need to go outside.

Cons:

breakfast can be more diversities and the quality can be better. the coffee is strong and tasty. I like the bread and fresh fruit juice. If there are some beef, it would be much better.
