Very friendly and helpful team. Beautiful site, perfect location.
Pros:

The location is unique, beautifully nestled in the centre of Heilbronn, on the island in the river, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, river promenade and other sites. Fantastically helpful staff. Great breakfast and a very nice pool area.

Cons:

The rooms are not super-modern, still, they are a good size and equipped with all a traveller needs.

Pros:

Bis auf den negativen Punkt war ich zufrieden.

Cons:

An sich ist das Hotel gut jedoch würde ich nicht mehr hingehen. Bei booking das Hotel gebucht mit Frühstück, extra mehr bezahlt, und im Hotel musste ich nochmals für das Frühstück bezahlen. Wer so seine Gäste abzockt sollte sich schämen.

Erwartungen wurden übertroffen
Pros:

Einfach alles. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Grosses Plus für die Klimaanlage. Wir hatten das Hotel extra auch deshalb in die Auswahl genommen. Und die Klimaanlage hat bei 30 Grad die Erwartungen voll erfüllt (Zimmer 420).
Der Pool ist Klasse. Schön hell und sogar Liegen drumherum. Sogar mit Gegenstromanlage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Alles war super. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht im Hotel, weil wir gerne bei schönem Wetter draussen sitzen.
