Ritorneremo a Heilbronn per riprovare una colazione offerta ^___*
Pros:

Location: albergo recente.
Aggiornamento 30/06. Mi ha ricontattato telefonicamente Patrizia la manager dell'hotel; in perfetto italiano, m'ha spiegato che l'hotel è di tipo familiare, il giovedì il ristorante è sempre chiuso, questo non si poteva sapere e per tutto il resto è stata una serie sfortunata di accadimenti. Sono certa che sia stato un piccolo inciampo.

Cons:

Aria condizionata parzialmente funzionante, colazione deludente, indisponibilità della colazione dolce alla fine fatto colazione con pane non tostato (non c’era il tostapane) e marmellata un po’ pochino per un hotel superior.

Zentral gelegen, hoher Komfort
Pros:

Top Lage, geräumiges und schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Neckar.
Badezimmer mit gut funktionierender Dusche.
Bequeme Betten, gute Klimatisierung. Uns gefiel auch, dass man die Fenster richtig weit öffnen und so gut Frischluft hereinlassen konnte.
Schöner Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Sauna, haben wir gerne genutzt.
Tolle Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und lange Frühstückszeiten.
Faire Preise beim Parken.

Sensationelles parkartiges Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Neckar, das war sehr schön der Wellnessbereich ist wirklich traumhaft und die Parkanlage schön. Wir mochten das Frühstück. Es war alles da, was wir wollten.

Cons:

Es war eine heiße Sommernacht, und natürlich saßen alle draußen aber es wurde dann irgendwann mal schon ruhiger. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht, sonst hätten wir die Fenster zumachen können.

Hier kommt man gerne wieder, wenn man keine beliebig austauschbaren Hotels mag.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, gediegene Atmosphäre - erinnert im Besten Sinne an ein Grand Hotel vergangener Tage. Nicht nur eine Unterkunft sondern ein richtiges Hotel. Oft viel Liebe zum Detail erkennbar. Beispielsweise kann der Kaffee selbst geholt werden (trotzdem vorgewärmte Espressotassen!), wird wahlweise aber auch gerne an den Tisch gebracht. Hochwertige Kaffee (Heimbs) und Teeprodukte. Ebenso die Speisen am Buffet - insgesamt tolles Frühstücksbuffet.
Zimmereinrichtung passend mit einem gewissen "Schiffscharakter". Teppich ist nicht jedermanns Sache, macht das Hotel aber auch ruhig und gediegen - nicht dieser "Plastiklook", den man heute so oft findet. Schönes Schwimmbad. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus.

Cons:

Restaurant hatte leider Ruhetag, Barbereich ebenfalls geschlossen. Früher hätte ich eine Minibar erwartet heute aber vielleicht einen Kaffee- oder Teekocher auf dem Zimmer - zumindest aber eines von beidem, gibt es aber vielleicht im einer höheren Zimmerkategorie.
