Pros:

Location is probably the best worth of this place.

Cons:

Rooms are smoking strongly cigarettes. Never had this situation on my previous experiences.

Great stay in great location
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was great, from the room to breakfast. The breakfast attendants were super nice, quick, and helpful. Very impressive. Food was delicious. Location right in Alsancak was perfect as well.

Cons:

Front desk staff were all grumpy.

Great stay in a convenient location
Pros:

The location was great, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and the Kordon promenade. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable.

Excellent location, simple but decent stay in Alsancak with guarded car parking at your door
Pros:

It's situated at the very end of Alsancak near the port side, so it's relatively easy to enter and exit the city by car. If you don't want to drive around, there are plenty of things to do in the neighbourhood itself, both by day and night. Big plus was the availability of a 24/7 guarded car parking, which was very convenient.
The hotel itself is simple but has all main facilities to enjoy your stay, just don't expect a high end stay for this price.

Cons:

At this moment of the time, there are quite a few road works in the neighbourhood, which makes it time consuming if you use the car. Other than that nothing negative to say, it matched our expectations.

Pros:

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, μύριζε πολύ όμορφα, καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα και άλλαζαν πετσέτες.
Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο.
Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό.

Pros:

Heel mooie locatie, dichtbij de zee. Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Propere, mooie kamer. Fruit ter verwelkoming. Ze boden ook de mogelijkheid om een tour te volgen naar Ephesus, wat echt de moeite was. Veel winkeltjes en cafeetjes dichtbij. Rustige kamer (op 7de verdieping).

Konumu gayet iyiydi, oldukça merkezi bir yerde. Odalar da gayet temizdi, memnun kaldık.
