Concept
We arrived early, requested early check-in and agreed to pay for it.
Despite them saying they could help us, we were left waiting outside in the cold for hours.
Our entire day was wasted shivering at the hotel entrance.
Even though we waited for 6 hours and there were clearly vacant rooms in the hotel, they still didn’t let us in. We were finally able to enter the room at 15:30.
The holiday we came to with so much excitement turned into a sick stay — I deeply regret it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or its staff to anyone.
I will be writing and publishing an article about the hotel and its employees.
Location was excellent, bedding was super comfortable and the room was unique. The staff were super helpful.
