The hotel is beautiful and the room very comfortable, the staff is always helpful, I recommend to include breakfast in your reservation as it is delicious
Room extremely comfy, large and fancy. Hotel offers a wonderful breakfast, tea and snacks in the afternoon and open bar with with great appetizers, enough for dinner. The only downside is you are tempted to spend all of your time in the hotel. Very well located near shopping and night markets.

Really close to a subway station and Myeongdong area with loads of shops and restaurants. Having a couch was great for my husband and I because he goes to bed much later than me and we like having separate spaces to wind down. They brought me a steamer when I needed it, and there was ample storage for our luggage and clothing.
Bathroom and shower had no fan so they got a little stagnant if the doors were not left open, no full door to bath area.
The location was perfect. The room we chose was spacious. The bar on the 26 floor was fantastic. A great place for a nightcap after a long day of touring.

The atmosphere is nice, luxurious and welcoming. The location is very suitable for shopping.I would say the price is reasonable for the location and the room.
Stayed here for 4 days, fantastic overall stay. The property was lovely, exactly as in pictures and the rooms were very spacious. Location is right across from Shinsaegae, so in any weather their awesome food hall is just a few steps away, and the action of the main streets of Myeongdong are a short walk away, as in the large local market. Above all what made our stay memorable was the service - Daisy in particular was so immensely helpful and kind! She helped me track down a pharmacy that sold a hard to find item, she helped my daughter and I with our luggage, and even made taxi reservations for us. She was so kind and warm and remembered us every time we passed by, really made the hotel stay a high end experience.
