Im Hotel alles perfekt! Ab 18:00 die Happy Hour war wie ein gratis Abendessen haben wir sehr genossen nach einem langen Tag draußen! Würde ich immer wieder buchen!

My experience at Hotel L´Escape was very positive. From the moment I arrived, I received excellent service and was satisfied with my room on the 14th floor. The decor is so wonderful, and the main reason we booked this room. Overall, I had a great stay and felt very comfortable throughout. Me and my daughter stayed there together, a last night in Korea after a conference in Busan. We wanted to get a little luxury before going back home. I would certainly consider staying there again and I recommend Hotel L´Escape to anyone looking for a bit of luxury <3 We had dinner at Palais de Chine at the hotel and a cocktail on the top floor. Wonderful last night before heading home to Iceland on a looong flight.
Loved everything. Best hotel we ever stayed, will be coming back. Staff is amazing, so kind and friendly. Super clean, breakfast is fantastic. 10star service, highly recommended!!!!!

Красивый, уютный и чистый отель) останавливаемся второй раз и нам все нравится. Завтраки не пробовали, тяжело по времени адаптироваться, ранние завтраки) Но рядом есть торговый центр и там на -1 этаже отличная кофейня с европейской едой и вкусным кофе). Расположение удобное, от туристической улицы в 7-10 минутах пешком. Рекомендую.

Très bel hôtel, parfaitement placé pour faire à pieds tous les sites des palais, une promenade le long du canal, même le départ pour les excursions vers la Dmz (quelque soit le tour opérator) est à 10mn à pieds.
Central station est à 10mn à pieds, et une station de métro est au pied de l’hôtel.
Les chambres sont très belles, bien équipées, eau à volonté et mini bar free en première utilisation.
Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner
La salle de fitness est très bien équipée egalement.

I paid 300 dollars for a 15 sq m bedroom with no view and no breakfast. When I told the manager she said I could leave the hôtel sooner if I wanted. Great cash machine, not much to do with hospitality
I have been here 3 times and if you look at my other 2 reviews I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel.
When I checked in the girl at reception had an attitude, I wish I got her name.
My foyer smelled so bad but the room didn't unless I was used to it.
I didn't want to complain to the front desk who was already not very nice.
Now that a big company like Marriott owns this hotel business people are using their points and it is not boutique or exclusive anymore.
3 kids were running in the halls at 1am and making a lot of noise, not acceptable.
I do enjoy the bathtub, coffee maker and toilet.
It is a good location.
And I love the new toiletries.
I visit Seoul every year but I may go elsewhere.
I will miss this property.
