Stunning hotel, would definitely recommend
Pros:

What an amazing find this hotel was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a junior suite which gave us access to the lounge area with breakfast, afternoon tea, evening drinks and "snacks" which easily became dinner. Our room was enormous and beautifully styled in a Parisian theme which we couldn't fault. The staff, especially a lovely young lady named Irene, treated us like Royalty and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Seoul. The location was perfect, very happy.

Beautiful rooms, but service that mistakes aesthetics for hospitality — not worth the luxury price tag.
Pros:

The rooms are quiet and large. The aesthetic is considered and the location in Myeongdong is convenient.

Cons:

The service consistently fell short of what this price point demands. The concierge dropped my birthday dinner reservation, failed to acknowledge it until I followed up repeatedly, and by then it was too late to fix. Check-in involved waiting without being offered water. A late checkout after eight nights required negotiation rather than being extended as a courtesy. Multiple concierge staff were involved across various issues with unclear, inconsistent communication throughout. The property has the look of luxury without the training or culture to back it up.

Best hotel ever. Design and atmosphere is very luxurious and Parisan like. Staff are lovely and helpful, every step in the hotel is blissful. Belle is very helpful (staff at reception level 7), kind lady give her a raise and praise!
