The location is amazingly convenient. It’s close to both bus station and metro station.
The property is clean and well-designed and not to emphasize less that the room was quite modern, equipped with automatic curtains, toilet. The cleaning service was very nice and you could actually smell the cleanness of the bedding. :)
The in-room service was pretty convenient and could be done easily through the provided tablet.
Everything was perfect and well arranged.
The decor was lovely and very comfortable. The area was safe and close to high end shopping Shinsegae Complex and some local shopping areas. The Myeongdong area is more lively and it's 15 minutes walk, but this is quiet, stress-free and comfortable.
No complaints. We didn't have time to explore the hotel, and the Bar was nice with polite staff, The Palais de Chine has great food, but they don't really understand the order of food presentation. Only someone from China like my wife would notice that the food came out in the wrong order (in true China Guangzhou style,).

La ubicación, bastante conveniente, tiene una boca de metro a escasos 50 m, y muy cerca andando de la zona de Myengdong, pero a pesar de eso, muy tranquilo. El hotel, es muy bonito y las chicas de la recepción, siempre muy amables, intentando ayudar en todo momento
Tuvimos una experiencia negativa con uno de los empleados del Happy Hour que nos denegó la entrada para ver las instalaciones, hablandonos de malas maneras en coreano (no sabemos que nos dijo.. pero por sus gestos.. nada bueno cuando obviamente... no éramos locales.. y se nos veía :) pero excepto por eso, repetiríamos

Location is excellent. My room was large and bed so comfy. Like the decor.
I woyld have liked there tk be a bell boy/someone to help me with my luggage when i arrived. There wasnt anything like that, althought i arrived late. Also, the bathroom floors look like they could be cleaned a bit more, maybe polished? And there was a suspicious looking stain on the sofa in my room. The bathroom mirror wasnt thoroughly cleaned and when i came back after my room was done, still had stains.
The lobby scent/perfume was a bit overwhelming at times. Same scent but a bit less will would make it easier to enjoy.
Lastly, i kept asking about where the airport limosine was and the map given wasnt very clear. In the end i took a cab, but would have been nice if it was better explained.
The bed was very comfortable. This really helped post a long flight! Hotel staff were attentive and kind. It had a good feel. The French theme mildly amusing.
Breakfast could be a bit cheaper to add on. Felt very pricey.

I booked this hotel last minute so didnt really know much about it, and holy wow was I pleasantly surprised. The pictures do NOT do this hotel justice - it is absolutely beautiful! The room was beautiful, the lobby, the lounge, the library - all of it was in keeping with the luxury brand in an approachable way! The breakfast was amazing, and the happy hour was lovely. The hotel is literally across the street from a subway stop making transit anywhere a breeze, and only a short 10 minute walk from the heart of Myeongdong. I wished I could have stayed a few more nights just to experience more of what the hotel had to offer! Beautiful!!!!
The room lighting was weird in that it was essentially controlled by control panels, one on the nightstand and one by the front door. To get up in the middle of the night meant you had to mess around with the knobs to find the right portion of the room, not a single lamp, or go for it in the dark. similarly, the first control panel, in my room, was about 3-4 meters from the entry door. when i came home late and the shades were drawn, i had to use my phone flashlight to find the room lighting down the hall. The lighting controls are nice, but inconvenient - I just want to turn on a lamp. There is no reading light for one side of the bed, its "bedroom" lighting controls. this is minor as EVERYTHING else about the hotel was truly fabulous.
A perfect stay . My room was lovely as was the location. The staff absolutely spoiled me in every way. They couldn’t have been more helpful and more pleasant as well as being knowledgeable.. I would absolutely stay here again and I actually stayed here for 10 nights on two different stays.

Everything was beautiful. One of the most visually stunning hotels we have ever stayed at. The suite was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable. The bath was perfect after having gotten off a long flight. The room service and breakfast buffet were super tasty. I would stay again, I’m sad we only stayed one night.
