Rude staff no parking no solution
Pros:

Couldn’t even stay because they had no parking, beware if you book here that they likely won’t have any parking for you! Who gas a hotel without ample parking makes no sense. Also staff member was rude.

Cons:

No Parking during a holiday weekend that they were well aware of.

This is a great place to stay. Chaz, at the front desk was so inviting. We will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

This location is right downtown. It is also very close to the Peace River. We could see the water from our room. It is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. It was refreshing on a hot day-very clean.
The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold food, very tasty.

Cons:

There are many positives for this property. A tiny wish, the vanity mirror was hung like a picture. For those of us short people, I could just see my face.

It was very nice overall.
Pros:

Very pleasant atmosphere overall, great customer service people. Tyler was a very helpful and welcoming manager.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small. Marriott's WiFi sign-on is very awkward and pushes people to register for the program.
