A wonderful convenient safe hotel to stay, it’s made me!
Pros:

I’ve been looking for an alternative for my visits to Newcastle and here it is. Handy modern all good apart from the TV that didn’t work, but I was only there to sleep.
The two-way door to bathroom excellent.
It would be nice to have a fresh jar of milk. Plastic milk is yuk. breakfast included was yummy.
The parking is excellent and worth every sent of $20. Convenience of public transport is great too.

Cons:

Apart from the tv not working, and milk. Nothing else,

The property is very good, clean, great location and very friendly staff

Cons:

Our only gripe was the parking. We prepaid for parking only to find no spots were available when we returned later in the evening. This is an unacceptable situation and caused us significant inconvenience late at night. IHG needs to fix this issue to ensure spots remain available for guests who have prepaid.

Smallest motel room in the world

I have never stayed in such a small room in my life and I've done a lot of motels even one start wasn't this bad you could see straight into the shower cubicle as the cubicle wall was opaque glass the water spills out of the bathroom into the bedroom there's enough room for one chair one bed false advertisement they made their pictures look really large by Ellen gading the pictures long zoom. The beds were as hard as sleeping on wood we were very disappointed

Pros:

We found breakfast absolutely amazing,
Scrambled eggs, bacon ,and all the trimmings.
Juice, and toast plus jams all delicious.
Found the staff at reception and dining all very helpful. Very impressed .

Cons:

I can’t remember anything I didn’t like .
Very happy with everything.

Convenient and close to Netball courts. Breakfast included in price. Block out blinds in room were pitch black (-and actually made me sleep an hour past my alarm lol)
