Location is good.

Cons:

Booking through Booking,com gets you a good rate. Unfortunately because of this the hotel will not grant you any special requests you my have if they are fully booked. When booking we requested a twin room as there was an option to do so. But were given a queen room on arrival. We were told this happens regularly. Did not like paying $20 for parking.

Clean and good location. The beds and pillows could be more comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room had a stale smell that resembled smoke and didn’t feel fresh on arrival. It also wasn’t presented particularly well, with details like pillow covers not properly fitted, which made the overall standard feel below expectations.

The room was modern, clean & quiet. The staff were polite, efficient and helpful. The included breakfast was adequate but not exceptional.

Cons:

For summer especially, the quilt, with no separate sheet, meant you were either too hot or too cool.

Cons:

The coffee wasn't great. Some of the staff made pretty bad coffee, maybe a training refresh? Our latte's were cold 2 days in a row. But everything else was great.
