Pros:

Wir fanden gleich einen freien Parkplatz und wurden freundlich begrüßt. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen, so dass wir gut geschlafen haben. Den Pool haben wir auch genutzt. Die Dusche am Pool ist etwas versteckt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist als Buffet gerichtet, war aber geschmacklich das fadeste in zwei Wochen Marokko Urlaub mit fast täglich wechselnden Unterkünften. Es hatte keinen Föhn.

Le logement est très bien situé.
Une belle et grande piscine.
Chambres spacieuses.

Cons:

Comme souvent en arrivant on nous demande des passeports avant de rentrer dans la chambre.
On a fait des centaines de kilomètres pour rester devant l'accueil.
Pas de verre de bienvenue...
Les deux chambres étaient sales.
Les robinetteries ne tiennent pas.
Petit déjeuner décevant.
Jus d'orange coupé à l'eau.
Viennoiseries d'un autre âge..
Galettes trop dures à manger...
Bref, c'est un très joli lieu mais mal exploité.
Dommage !

Um hotel excepcional, muito bonito e confortável. A nossa melhor estadia em Marrocos!
Pros:

A estadia no Ziz Palace, em Rissani, foi uma experiência encantadora e daquelas que ficam na memória.
O que mais me impressionou foi, sem dúvida, a beleza do espaço. O hotel tem uma presença muito elegante e harmoniosa, com uma envolvência cuidada e tranquila que transmite logo uma sensação de bem-estar.
Ficámos em família, no quarto suite com 3 áreas distintas: o quarto principal espaçoso com uma enorme e cama de casal, muito confortável, um quarto com duas camas individuais, uma ampla sala de estar e dois WCs.
As áreas comuns são também muito bonitas e bem cuidadas, reforçando a sensação de qualidade e bom gosto em todo o espaço. Destaque também para a piscina, cuidada e de grande dimensão.
Pequeno-almoço muito agradável, num ambiente tranquilo e cuidado.
Obrigado aos funcionários, sempre atentos e disponíveis.
