Velmi privetivy personal, konkretne pan na recepci. Moznost pouziti bazenu. Dovoleno zustat o 2hodiny dele po checkoutu.

Le personnel est super agréable et gentil. Nous sommes particulièrement très satisfait de Hassan la réception qui nous a conseillé pour nos activités bien accueilli et très bien accueilli

Un giorno a Rissani prima del deserto
Pros:

Grande Hotel appena fuori da Rissani.
La struttura è ben organizzata, pulita e con un staff assolutamente accogliente, gentile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza/richiesta.
Il ristorante di cucina berbera è assolutamente consigliabile e la colazione è stata ottima, abbondante e varia.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Kasbah Hôtel Ziz Palace à Rissani, à l’occasion du mariage de notre petit frère, qui était lui aussi hébergé dans le même établissement.

Nous étions plusieurs familles venues à Rissani pour célébrer cet heureux événement, et nous avons été très heureux d’avoir choisi cet hôtel pour notre séjour. Tout était réuni pour passer de beaux moments en famille.

Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier le personnel pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et sa disponibilité, avec une mention spéciale pour les deux réceptionnistes qui nous ont particulièrement marqués par leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance, notamment Moustapha, ainsi que son collègue dont nous avons malheureusement oublié le prénom.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre séjour à Rissani et nous sommes ravis que cette belle occasion familiale ait été accompagnée par une expérience aussi agréable au Kasbah Hôtel Ziz Palace.

El personal molt amable.
La piscina prou gran i l’espai agradable.
Situat a prop de Merzouga i hi ha espai per aparcar a la porta.

Cons:

Si vols sopar has d’anar al poble perquè no en fan, i l’esmozar bastant pobre amb comparació amb altres hotels, riads o kasbah que hem estat.

Excelente alojamiento en Rissani
Pros:

Una vez más y un año después, sigue siendo un lugar espectacular donde alojarse y pasar unos días maravillosos: gran piscina, desayuno bufet super completo y variado, cama GIGANTE y cómoda, habitación muy grande, completa y limpia y una atención del personal excepcional. Seguiremos repitiendo siempre que podamos.
