My stay overall was good I it is pet friendly the lobby and elevator smelled like dog

It was nice, clean & loved having full size refrigerator. Great location. I'd stay here again.

Cons:

Someone e mailed staff that booking is fraud.
Staff blocked my cards so i cannot enter room.
It was there payment issue by 3rd party , there own system problem but took more money from me.
I have never had this experience my whole life. Unimaginable experience i would have done law suite

Great affordable, clean place to stay with a comfortable bed and ample breakfast!
Pros:

Breakfast was simple, but filling. I liked the attentiveness of the receptionist.

Thorough cleaning! New beds, air fresheners through entire building!

Cons:

Elevators only one side of hotel and stunk. Smelled cigarettes through the whole place. People were hanging out that wasn’t patrons of hotel. Bathrooms not very clean, counter had smears on it like it wasn’t even clean! Bed was AWFUL! So hard! List goes on!

Don't bother! Go somewhere else!
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. They have a gym with decent equipment.

Cons:

The first room they stuck us in the blinds didn't work & there were bleach stains in the carpet. We had to fight with them to get them to move us to another room and the blinds on 1 window didn't work either. The hot water took forever to get hot. The bed was horrible. And they charged a pet fee for my husband's service dog which I had to fight for a refund! The staff was rude, and literally stared at my husband as he did his workout in the gym and only quit after he confronted them. Who does that?!

We will never stay here again!
