Pros:

1)ロケーション
2)朝食時間前に出発したが　パン、茹で卵等をテイクアウトに準備してくれた。

Cons:

1)レイトチェックアウトを前日に依頼してあったのに最終日通常のチェックアウト時間を過ぎていたらカードキーが開かなくフロントに行かないといけなくなった
2)床の隅に埃があった

Ideal locations and need to be more clean.
Pros:

It's location. The hotel is above a shopping centre, Plaza Senayan next door and Senayan city across the road. Considering bad traffic in Jakarta and no need to call uber to visit a shopping centre is defitinely a plus. Mc Donald just downstairs and open 24 hours is very good for traveller that arrive late at night. There are also lots of other food around nearby.

Cons:

The cups in the room were dirty.
I asked for room closer to the lift, the staff gave me the room at the end of the corridor (far away from the lift). I booked 3 rooms, only one room the aircon is cool the moment we walked in. Make a complain to the staff about the other two rooms, but the staff only allow to change 1 room for us. Luckily the other room is for my mum which she doesn't want cold. But, ideally, they should have changed both rooms.
The aircon wasn't cool enough.
The room doesn't have enough space.
The toilet tissue located not at the right position, too far from toilet, it's hard to reach.
The wardrobe's door is broken.

Strategic location
Pros:

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat GBK, Plaza Senayan dan Sency. Kamarnya super luas dan bersih. Pilihan menu sarapan beragam.

Locatie voortreffelijk maar erg gehorig!

Wij sliepen op de 6e etage. Echter bij de buren van het hotel in het gebouw ( op de 5e etage) is er een karaoke club gevestigd. Om 2 uur snachts dreunde het geluid goed door tot de 6e verdieping. Op de 7e en 8e verdieping hoor je dit geluid niet. Erg jammer
