A perfect place for stay and explore Muar.
Pros:

The room is comfortable for rest, the location also near to many fast food, restaurants and Market. Parking is always available. The television got some basic chanel to enjoy. Hot water running fine. Bathroom free utility are available , they also provide towels

Cons:

The view from my window is quite bland, but not bothering me. There's no elevator, im still can climb but just want to let some people onow if they have disabilities with walking.

Definitely worth the price and will come back if I visit Muar again

Not good but not to bad.
Pros:

Affordable and no ghost

Cons:

Smelly bed, noise from the aircond, lighting at makeup table is not suitable, small space, no lift. Please maintain the cleanliness especially the bed, I cannot sleep due to the bad smell comes from the bed it smells like cockroaches
