Customer servis out, receptionist agak biadap ya. Dah tau minta transfer deposit inform awal kepada customer. Ini inform last minit call tak jawab, terus cancel booking. Bila call balik cakap tak jawab sebab tiada coverage terus receptionist sindir *akak datang dari Indon ke*. Sangat biadap ya bila bercakap tu. Kesian bos dapat pekerja macam ni.
