good family stay
Pros:

This was a return visit. Comparing, the staff were a little cold; maybe it is the hot summer. The location is great, and is closed to the shopping district and a 5 mins walk to Romer. Room is spacious, with good amenities. Kitchen is usable for simple dinners.

Cons:

of 2 lifts, 1 broke down on the first day. On the 2nd morning, both lifts were down. Luckily, both were up by the afternoon. The handling of the situation and questions asked by many guests could have been better. Having a " I don't know when it will be up but hopefully by today when the person comes" is not very assuring. Breakfast is also a bit bland compared to the pervious visit; bread was a bit stale, and eggs were tasteless.

Good stuff, nice rooms booked the city view. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is 👌🏻 super

Cons:

We didn't have garbage in the room. I understand there is something in Germany with recycling it should been told what to do with garbage.. I needed to put all in one corner in small bag .
Air-conditioned is low not much cool room but was fine.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt zufriedenstellend und wir werden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und auch der Frühstücksraum war einladend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag leider in Richtung einer lange sehr lauten Straße. Der Lärm ging bis nach Mitternacht.

Sauberes Hotel, welches auf den ersten Blick als Topp-Adresse ausschaut, jedoch dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels nicht gerecht wird... Leider gab es jedoch einige kleine Makel, die der Grund sind, dass wir bei unserer nächsten Frankfurtreise nicht hierhin wiederkommen werden.
Trotzdem noch positiv hervorzuheben: Die Ausstattung im Zimmer (voll eingerichtete Küchenzelle).

Cons:

- Der Hotelmitarbeiter, der uns bei unserer Ankunft betreute, sprach sehr schlecht Deutsch und erschwerte die Kommunikation,
- Das Frühstücksbuffet ist qualitativ hochwertig, fällt jedoch sehr klein aus
-Die Geräuschkulisse am Wochenende ist nicht zu unterschätzen (sehr lauter Verkehr, u.a. konstant Sirenen und Hupen) und sorgte bei uns für zwei schlaflose Nächte (deshalb auch Lage als schlecht bewertet)
- Die Kissen waren nicht gemütlich
- Das Parkhaus ist sehr teuer

Very nice stay with my daughter in Frankfurt City
Pros:

Very nice staff, spacious room and the breakfast buffet is good with many options. The board games for children are also fun and useful.
