Will never stay there again - overpriced for what you get.

Cons:

TV never worked while there. Ants ALLOVER the room. Shower awful - needs revamp. Pillows too hard - linen stained and frailed. Asked to check out earlier. Refused to refund payment.

Walking distance from the CTICC👌 Rowan, Leo-Bar area and Supervisor of housekeeping-not sure what her name was, they were absolutely amazing staff. Thank you

Great base to explore Cape Town.
Pros:

Good sized suite for four people. Big living area and kitchen was great. Very clean although a few ants appeared when a drink was left out one night. Nice bar area. Spa was good and treatments very reasonably priced. Staff were very nice and helpful. YU restaurant was excellent!!

Cons:

Location was okay. Not much to walk to but close in an Uber. Bar was closed one night as it was booked out which I really don’t like.

Pros:

The room is spacious enough. Liked the kitchenette. Parking and location were excellent

The TV kept switching off.
The shower is too small.
No water in the room on the first day
