Cons:

Alysha one of the managers refused our stay unless we paid an extra R650 on top of what was showing on booking.com. We had booked a two bed apartment and put two people and 2 breakfasts despite our group being a 4 - the total we paid was R6890. The two bed apartment is for up to 4 people. However when I put 4 people into 1 room with NO breakfast it came to R6125. This is what alysha asked us to do and when we showed her she still refused our booking enforcing the R650 to pay for the breakfasts. We told alysha repeatedly we did not want any breakfast just let us use the room for us to sleep she refused. She made us go back and forth with her for 4 hours - called police on us. Her racism was so strong it left such a bad taste in my mouth of the hotel. They even refused to put us in contact with the general manager.

Great stay
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and clean. Great city view. Great amenities, comfortable, great service.

Cons:

Few plug points in the apartment and inconveniently placed. That being said, you won't be stranded, just a little less than average.

Good location. Cleaners taking care of the rooms were the best. In addition, front desk staff were pretty good too.

Perfect overnight stop with no need to leave the property.
Pros:

Every single staff member from the cleaning ladies to the manager are all wonderful, friendly and excellent at their jobs.
The apartment was spotless and the bed was super comfortable.
The bar downstairs was great and our barman Leo was so helpful and friendly.
The Yu restaurant downstairs is excellent. The food was top shelf and the service just as good.
The manager ,Junior, is a fine example of someone who takes pride in his work and make a difficult job look easy.
Breakfast was great and the coffee is good.
We have a large SUV and secure private parking is a necessity.
We loved our stopover and won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Pros:

Convenient, easy to access Cape Town city, but the star of the show are the staff, extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Always with a smile on there face.
