Pros:

The hotel is clean, and the staffs especially the ones at the restaurant are simply amazing, they do thier duties well and make your breakfast exceptional all way

Cons:

Nothing particularly except the water drainage in my shower wasn't flowing well but I wasn't so much of an issue.

للأسف كانت تجربتي مخيبة للآمال. عند وصولي استلمت غرفة مختلفة عن الغرفة التي حجزتها، وعندما راجعت الفندق وأريتهم أن الحجز لا يطابق الغرفة المستلمة، رفضوا المساعدة وقالوا إنهم لا يعتمدون على الصور الموجودة في Booking. كان أسلوب مديرة الفندق (Aliyah) غير احترافي وغير متعاون، ولم أحصل على أي حل في اليوم الأول. في اليوم التالي تم تغيير الغرفة بعد أن أخبروني أن الغرفة الصحيحة لم تكن متوفرة من البداية، وهذا يؤكد أن المشكلة لم تكن مني. لم يتم تقديم أي اعتذار أو تعويض عن الإزعاج. كما لاحظت وجود بعض ملاحظات الصيانة والنظافة في الغرفة، كما هو موضح في الصور. كنت أتوقع خدمة أفضل بكثير، لذلك لا أنصح بهذه التجربة

انسرقت مننا 200 دولار ومتأكدين انها من خدمة تنظيف الغرف كانت كاش مع ضمن 1000 دولار
وبلغناهم وقالو بيحققون بالموضوع ويتواصلون معنا وطبعا ماشفنا شي
