unfortunately overshadowed by an extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional check-in experience.
Pros:

The property itself was good, comfortable, and well located. Our concern was not with the facilities, but with the check-in experience and the front desk team !

Cons:

Extremely disappointing check-in experience with the receptionist, Aliyah. She argued with us for around 15 minutes using the wrong guest’s booking details, then insisted on an extra-bed policy that had not been applied to other members of our family who checked in at the same time. When we asked to escalate, she refused and insisted she was the only senior and authorized decision-maker on site. The issue was never about the extra payment; it was about the rude, confrontational and completely unwelcoming way the situation was handled, especially after a six-hour drive with tired young children.
