Great stay!

Great cafe opposite the hotel and also sufficient parking lots.

A good spacious place. Good service staffs as well. They have ironing board outside the rooms. 2 sets in one floor.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. The thing that needs to be improved is the sound blocking. It's quite a noise when someone walks, is talking and closing the door. Location in town is very convenient as the 99 Speedmart is just nearby. Parking is provided free at the back of the hotel. There is no need to reserve a reservation.

No lift, a great location, and friendly staff, but room cleanliness needs improvement.

Everything is well and good for value except the the shampoo and shower cream is a little small.

Sarcastic front desk staff. No phone in each room. Went outside the room to call the front desk but no one picked up the phone. This is an extreme no-frill hotel. Everything got to charge including extra pillow or towel. The rate in Expedia is the same as walk-in if not worse

Very spacious rooms with a restaurant below and a supermarket. Rooms are very clean. Only issues is the TV channels. Very limited tv channels in room. About 4 channels only. All are Malaysian channels. Could have included some movies channels or sports channels. Disappointing TV only. The rest are very commendable.

Walkable to most of the places. Parking available behind the premise & there is a restaurant below the hotel to eat. A 99speedmart nearby in case you prefer your own toiletries.

Large room and good water pressure. Excellent location.

I came with my family, we take 5 rooms 1 Deluxe family room for me my wife and two kids, 1 Superior family room for my Sister with her family, 2 Deluxe double rooms for my daughter and their husband, around noon the hotel staff call us asking if we are coming, we have paid in full, for sure we are coming, he should ask what time are you coming, that's is the correct question, its seems like if we unable to come they can resale the room again (double selling). it is during a peak time. I told them that we already there in the area and ask them what time can we check-in, he said after 3pm whereby the standard check-in time is after 2pm, I assume maybe they are busy with back to back situation so we came after 5pm just to give them time to makeup the room. Upon check-in, one of the room are not ready at all, we have to call reception to makeup the room, the housekeeping came and make-up the room immediately.

We end up having 4 rooms in 1st floor and 1 room on the 2nd floor, there are no elevator in this hotel only staircase, we asking if we could change the room on the 2nd floor to 1st floor as I have bad knee problem and my wife have asthmatic, but the reception staff are very rude telling my son " you have strong shape body you can carry them up". this how you reply with your customer.. ridiculous right.. I was also hotelier before, I understand the situation when hotel are fully booked, but they have to choose word wisely not to make the situation worse. since we just stay for a night, I just change my room with my new wed daughters.

The room need deep cleaning, most of the toilet tiles are moldy, edges of toilet bowl are dirty.

The room cleanliness is acceptable, the bedsheet was found with some stains on it, the towels were smelly (like not properly dried), the aircon blew direct to the bed, make the sleep is uncomfortable, the soundproof is very bad, you can hear the vehicles noise outside. The front desk workers did not wear the mask properly and one of them didn't wear at all.

Asked not to come in for cleaning but still come in our room when we are not around. Water heater totally not functioning. But the service of their receptionist was good. Thank you.

Cheap stay in strategic location. Restaurants are around as well as convenience store

Thanks to the reception desk .
That allowed us to pay later for check in. I checked in at 12++ am so the bank was offline. However it is, pls check your water heater in room 105, it’s not functioning..

Value for money

Central of food street and tanjung emas within 2 km radius. If you love jogging, perfect location where you can run from the hotel to tanjung emas. Breeze air in the morning and the hotel are not in front of busy street.

Staffs are friendly and good in recommending local Malay food. If you love Chinese style fried kiau teow, it just beside the hotel ( home based instead of shop). Must try.
