Overordnet godt tilfreds.. 😀
Pros:

Venlig modtagelse og meget hjælpsomt personale.
Morgenmaden var iorden og omgivelserne er helt i top.

Cons:

Sengene (madrasserne) er meget bløde, Stort besvær med at vende sig og komme op, da man bare synker dybere ned i madrassen..

Wir haben gut geschlafen und gefrühstückt
Pros:

Wir waren positiv überrascht beim Betreten des Zimmers. Es war geräumig, sauber und der Ausblick auf den See war schön.

Cons:

Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück sah desinteressiert aus und hat auf ihr Handy geschaut.

Goed voor een tussen stop maar langer niet.
Pros:

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hun hulp en inzet waren echt heel fijn.

Cons:

Hotel ligt mooi maar het voelde voor ons aan als vergaande glorie. Kamers waren provisorisch opgeknapt. Kamer rook laat ik zeggen appart.

Freundliches Personal, wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Dänemark für eine Nacht dort. Frühstück alles was man braucht.

Worked out perfectly - needs more dedication.
Pros:

The location on my way towards Denmark, just off the A7 motorway and the option to accommodate for a late checkin. Breakfast was also nice with warm bread rolls and non-diary milk for my Müsli.

Cons:

The room I had was coming of age - desk lamp didn’t work, with old spiderwebs on drinking glasses and toilet+sink not totally cleaned … or inadequately executed. Would need a fresh makeover.

Es war für eine Nacht okay, aber ich würde es nicht noch einmal buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage, Blick auf den See, Frühstück war okay.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Bades waren sehr alt und nicht mehr zeitgemäß! Alles war beengt, die Möbel unpraktisch. Auf alle Fälle ist eine dringende Renovierung von Nöten!

Für eine Übernachtung alles aber ok
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und alles ausreichend da. Die des Hotels sehr schön. Das Hotel selbst sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sehr sauber

Cons:

Dass das Restaurant geschlossen wurde und das Hotel nur mehr als Hotel Garni geführt wird

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals am Empfang und beim Frühstück.
Nach der Beschwerde wurde uns ein großer Teil der Kosten erstattet - also ein fairer Umgang.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers hat bei weitem nicht den Fotos entsprochen. Als wir die Ausstattung reklamierten, hieß es, wir hätten ein „Monteurzimmer“ gebucht. Bei einem
Preis von € 140 erwartet man sicher kein „Monteurzimmer“.

It was nice and friendly hotel, a good location for us, with the exceptions as above.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager especially was extremely helpful in trying to fulfill our needs.

Cons:

Although the rooms were clean and comfortable, they lacked in facilities, normally these days the room will have coffee/tea making facilities and a small fridge to keep drinks cold and milk fresh.

Idyllische Lage – Hunde sind mehr als willkommen!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am See, ideal für Spaziergänge. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Hundefreundlichkeit – unser Vierbeiner war mehr als herzlich willkommen :)
Direkt ab dem Hotel startet ein wunderschöner Spazierweg. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal super freundlich und die Atmosphäre rundum angenehm!
