Grand Hotel luna

A l’hôtel Grand Luna nous avons trouvé un très très bon accueil, des locaux très confortables à proximité très raisonnable de deux stations de métro.
La première Marjanishvili permet de découvrir une avenue commerçante avec boutiques, restaurants et banques. La seconde (Tsereteli) permet traverser un quartier peu attrayant hors des jours de marché ….mais les jours de marché la foule, l'éventail des produits, et l'ambiance vaut une longue et enrichissante flânerie.
Mais le management et tout le personnel de l'hôtel à pour priorité le bien-être du client je ne ferai pas une liste exhaustive de toutes les attentions petites ou grandes. Je mentionnerai simplement ce détails, lorsque ma compagne s'est séché les cheveux avec son sèche-cheveux personnel , une vis s'est détaché de l'appareil sans qu'elle s'en aperçoive ….le soir nous avons retrouvé cette vis sur la table de nuit. Comme démonstration du souci du détail et du service, je pense qu'il est difficile de faire mieux.
C'est avec un plaisir extrême que nous retournerons à l’hôtel Grand Luna pour son confort matériel indiscutable, mais surtout pour l’accueil bienveillant de tout le personnel, toujours attentif et disponible avec tact.
Un hôtel très confortable où l'on se sent vraiment bienvenu.

The staff were very helpful. One of our suitcases didn't arrive so they rang the hotel for us and tried to find out where it was, we did have details to ring ourself but with the language difference it was far easier for them to do it for us & they continued to offer to help with this.

I like to room was only cleaned if you wanted it, the reason I like it is I dislike towels being cleaned when it's not needed, this is a more environmentally way which I like.

We found there wasn't much room between the bed & window/wall. The bed was very comfy, the wifi was excellent, there was always hot water in the bathroom.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the railway station, however, there aren't many restaurants closeby. There are a few supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

Overall an excellent stay.

Ihan perus hotelli yhdeksi yöksi. Oli aikainen lähtö, joten oli luonnollinen valinta. Ei pettänyt, puhdasta. Aamupala jäui testaamatta.

Tv:n kanssa ongelmia, johon saimme pyytäessä apua.

Great place for a quick stay. Small, convenient, inexpensive -good value. My room was supposed to be non smoking, but that was not the case.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel for about 1 week in early summer 2019.

Facilities are very clean, well maintained. we were very happy with their two concierges, David and George, who are nice and very proactive as well to meet whatever our needs. Breakfast served fresh cooked from their little kitchen was delight beyond our expectation. Its was also very handy for us to use washer & drier free.

Its location is a bit remote from main tourist spots of old Tbilisi but close to Station Square where we could take both metro-lines conveniently. Another merit was every day we could buy fresh fruits at nearby bazaar.

We recommend this hotel with pleasure.

They missed cleaning our room, but it was an honest mistake att They fixed it The Day after.
Otherwise, very kind straff and helpful.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the station. It may be a way away from the main sights of Tbilisi but it is close to the metro so that isn't too much of an issue. There are also some fantastic eateries nearby that you would probably miss out on if you were staying in the old town.
The hotel is really new and they have decorated it to a high standard. The room was comfortable and clean and met all our needs.
The only downside was that it was a little noisy when trying to sleep although this did not stop us sleeping in the next morning!
The breakfast was a delight and we enjoyed sampling a mix of Georgian and more usual breakfast foods and all washed down with some red wine!
We stay in a lot of hotels and we can honestly say this hotel is definitely a contender for the best value we have ever had.

Домашняя уютная гостишка, ей всего 4 месяца, владелец Александр лично следит за порядком. Нас очень гостеприимно встретили, во всем чувствовалась отзывчивость и доброжелательность, Александр много нам рассказывал про историю и традиции Грузии, кроме того, персонал отеля во всем старался идти на встречу (например, разрешили на несколько часов позже освободить номера, видимо, следующих гостей ожидали к вечеру только)!

Расположение отеля тоже понравилось, в непосредственной близости большой продуктовый и золотой рынок, там закупались в последний день, также рядом ночной клуб Бассиани, сама улица Агмашенебели тоже очень интересная и стоит пешеходной прогулки. До старого города добирались чаще на яндекс такси, в переводе на рубли поездки стоили около 100 рублей.

Если вернёмся в Тбилиси, с удовольствием ещё раз остановимся именно в этом отеле. Удачи и процветания вам!;)

Friendly people and good clean hotel. Good wine they have too.

Хочу поблагодарить персонал отеля за прием и радушие, местоположение отеля очень хорошее, пешком можно обойти все рядом, отель новый, уютный,всего 10номеров, цены на проживание приятно удивили ,при заселении угостили вином))- отдельное спасибо Манане, за вкусные завтраки, по нашей просьбе готовила вкусные каши. Надо отметить,что в любом отеле в Грузии всегда с радушием принимают гостей. Однозначно рекомендуем отель своим друзьям и родственникам.

We had two nights here and they were very different from each other. The first night we arrived very late and tired from a long trip with train. We were warmly recieved and offered coffee and croissants, very nice. The second evening we tried to get help to call our next hotel, but the staff did not seemed very interested in helping. During the night we were disturbed several times by TV noice, talking and laughter from the reception.

This hotel is very new. The location is convenient when travelling by train.
Breakfast buffet with the usual selection.
Rooms next to reception can be noisy at times.

Convenient to the train station. Very helpful staff who speak excellent English. Good breakfast delivered to the room. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.
