Pros:

客服人員親切周全，房間乾淨寬敞，設備齊全。
客廳廚房浴室佈置打理優良，完全是一間很好的商務套房。
床與床具也都很舒服，外面還有小陽台，對面小公園櫻花盛開，很是愉悅。
因為住八樓，浴室廚房出水會忽大忽小，但不影響使用。
離博多車站大概走路十分鐘，門口也有公車可以坐。
性價比很高，有機會會再來的。

직원분들이 모두 한국어를 할 줄 알아서 너무 편리했어요. 그리고 별관을 이용했는데, 설명도 자세하고 이용도 편리해서 좋았습니다. 주변 지인분들이 후쿠오카를 여행한다면 추천하고 싶어요!

Cons:

호텔이 편안하고 친절하는 등 너무 좋았지만, 굳이 아쉬운 점을 꼽자면... 하카타역에서 약 10분정도 걸어야했던 점..? 그렇지만 걸어가면서 주변 경관 구경도 하고, 출근/등교하는 일본인들도 보고 좋았습니다.

대가족이 가정비있게 머물기 좋은 곳입니다.
하카타역 로피아에서 음식 사다가 먹기 좋아요.
소고기 사다가 구워먹었는데 너무 맛있었네요.

Cons:

역과의 거리는 은근 떨어져있어요. 돌아다니다 이미 다리가 아픈 상태에서 역에서 걸어갈때는 좀 먼 느낌
