飯店人員很熱心，提供叫車服務，入住前也會詳細說明，也可以寄放行李。房間大小適中，我們這次四大住兩張雙人床，雖然沒有辦法全部一起攤開四個大行李箱，但攤一半就可以放下全部。房間設施也都很完整，雖然沒有每日打掃，但房間裡有吸塵器，以及入住期間都可

•這次住【別館】離本館不遠，只須走路約3-5分鐘。
周邊有公園、超商，環境清幽寧靜

•可搭電梯上下樓，對長輩友善也便於搬運行李、採購戰利品

•飯店一樓有飲水機可裝水大加分！！
提供免費的茶包、咖啡以及牙刷、刮鬍刀、棉花棒等備品可酌量取用。

•一樓也設有投幣式乾衣機&吸煙室

•房間乾淨寬敞、床舖舒適、設備應有盡有。4位成人帶3個行李箱、1個手提行李入住也不會覺得擁擠。

•離博多車站稍遠（走路約15-20分），但當作飯後散步的距離剛剛好XD

硬體設備應有盡有覺得很不錯，也可以也有提供寄放行李的服務，櫃檯人員都很和善有禮，晚上周邊算是蠻安靜的
Pros:

有廚具設備可以做簡單的料理，冰箱也很大，有洗衣機還有陽台
麻雀雖小五臟俱全，整體算是蠻舒服的

Cons:

離地鐵站真的有比較遠一點，超商也有一小段
房間內有出現小小蟑螂

We had a great stay at Dream Inn Hakata! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The location was convenient for exploring Fukuoka, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

位置離博多車站走路約十幾分鐘稍微不便 但附近有兩家超商可以買東西仍然很方便 設備齊全有洗衣機流理台可以煮東西 房間很乾淨而且也比一般的住宿大 跟老人家去各自有床可睡很棒

性價比高， 房間寬敞潔淨，瘋狂購物也不是問題。

Check-in staff 友善，能說英語，辦完check-in手續，差不多2pm，房間已準備好，我們可立即帶同行李上房 ，不用寄存。 房間寬敞， 三張雙人床，家用雪櫃，餐具齊備，其餘的設備正如網上描述一樣， 光線充足，像家一樣的光猛。洗手間潔淨，沖涼水壓非常好。房內2部分體式冷氣可自行調較温度。因住幾天，地上有不少我們掉下的頭髮，衣櫃內的吸塵機正好用得上。由博多車站步行約10分鐘就到酒店，沿途有不少便利店，很方便。

Cons:

Check-in完後搭𨋢上房，𨋢門一開就有舊塵飄出來，飄到頭髮上，有點不悦， 𨋢內地氈明顯污糟，有張櫈仔放在 𨋢角都係污糟。房間地板有塵，可用吸塵機自行處理。

great location, friendly staff, room very clean and facilities top notch.
Pros:

location, staff, room, facilities were all great. Its a mid city hotel so the location is great,just a short walk to Hakata station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Most staff members were able to speak English when my faulty Japanese failed. The room a little small but to be expected for the price and being a Japanese hotel.

Cons:

There wasnt anything I disliked about my stay.
