하카타역과 오고 가기 나쁘지 않았습니다.

comfortable and adequate
Pros:

For a short stay it was comfortable, efficient and adequate. Front office staff were friendly and cheerful.

Cons:

the aircon unit in the balcony was uncomfortable and the noise of washing machine of neighbours was also disturbing.

Pros:

짐 없는 경우 하카타역까지 도보로 10~15분 소요. 버스투어 이용하기 좋았습니다.
이외에도 도보 5~15분 내로 주변에 버스정류장이 있어 교통편이 좋았습니다.
화장실과 샤워 공간이 분리되어 별도 사용이 가능해 가족들이 만족했습니다.
체크인 당시 한국어 가능하신 직원분이 있어서 편했습니다.

Cons:

방음이 다소 아쉬웠습니다.

Pros:

Location is walkable distance from Hakata Station (good exercise) without any big luggage to handle. Can be consider far for people who are not convenient to walk much. But I have no complain as this place is value for money and spacious room given.
As we stayed 5 nights, washing machine provided is a big help.
