Great short stay and perfect for our trip to see UMD!
Pros:

This hotel had clean, what seemed like new rooms. Even though we were on the first floor it was quiet and we rested well on the comfortable beds. Great water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. It was very nice having the kitchenette.

Cons:

The lefthand turn off of Baltimore Avenue to enter the hotel is.... blood pressure raising!

It was horrible and I want a full refund.
Cons:

The staff was rude and my hotel room was dirty I had to argue with staff to clean my room. Staff was rare present when I need assistance.

Gave me what I needed in my time of need
Pros:

The people were really attentive and genuine. They helped to make my stay and my situation bearable. The good thing was that it was in a good location, and things were easy to access.

Cons:

There wasn't much I didn't like. I think my biggest gripe came from food delivery services and coming to the right location. My other issue was that there was only one dryer.

Excellent value for a brief stay, as well as clean and comfortable.
Pros:

My husband and I used to truly enjoy this property; however, since the change in management, the overall experience has noticeably declined. I want to emphasize that the staff has consistently been friendly and professional, which is the only reason I hesitated to leave this review.

Unfortunately, the issues since new management took over have been hard to ignore: the televisions no longer work, there is now a $10 parking fee, and the WiFi is extremely slow. During our most recent stay (September 12–14), we encountered broken fixtures in the shower, and the final straw was finding a roach in the bathroom.

This is disappointing given how much we used to love coming here. I hope management addresses these concerns, as the staff truly deserves better support.
