Waited 15 minutes for front desk. Heating air unit was loud and not comfortable. Elevators not working and breakfast was gross.
The room was pleasant. Breakfast was very good with a variety of items available.
Our first room was not clean but management relocated us to a new room.
Need to buy dishwashing soap for dishwasher. No oven. Otherwise kitchen is fine.

My husband and I used to truly enjoy this property; however, since the change in management, the overall experience has noticeably declined. I want to emphasize that the staff has consistently been friendly and professional, which is the only reason I hesitated to leave this review.
Unfortunately, the issues since new management took over have been hard to ignore: the televisions no longer work, there is now a $10 parking fee, and the WiFi is extremely slow. During our most recent stay (September 12–14), we encountered broken fixtures in the shower, and the final straw was finding a roach in the bathroom.
This is disappointing given how much we used to love coming here. I hope management addresses these concerns, as the staff truly deserves better support.
One elevator was broken when I arrived and my first room had an AC that didn’t work and I had to be moved to another room
The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room and hotel was very clean. Parking was easy as well.
Was comfortable and close to the University of Maryland. However, the lobby had a sulfur egg smell. The TV in the room had a blue tint.
