Pros:

Nice grounds.

Cons:

Didn’t get the free bottle of champagne that was included in the booking!! Slightly uncomfortable bed. Needs a bit more of a clean in some areas but on the whole was very clean

Purtroppo appena arrivati abbiamo trovato il bagno sporco e avevano utilizzato il wc senza scaricare, il letto sporco e tirate su le lenzuola per capire meglio che macchie ci fossero , abbiamo trovato una macchia di sangue sul coprimaterasso , molta polvere , macchina da caffè con capsula dentro usata , forno a microonde sporco internamente come tutto il resto della cucina ,divano e tendaggi non ne parliamo ...avevamo pagato ormai e abbiamo dovuto pulire noi ,un incubo ,nessuno presente a cui fare reclamo , nessuno che si occupasse di reception o responsabile del locale come ci si aspetta in un b&b

Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind einzigartig.
Christian war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen, eine Kochkelle, 1Rüstmesser und 1 Schneidebrett wären toll. 😉

The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. The views are stunning. It’s a charming property. Our apartment was spacious. We were greeted with flowers and cake, and the grounds keeper was always available for anything we needed.

Cons:

No wi-fi!
It was a little more remote than I expected but this could also be a feature for many guests.

Un sogno
Pros:

Posto incantevole immerso nelle colline piacentine. Non una camera ma una casetta con tanto di camino (che subito abbiamo acceso) tutta per noi. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Compleanno tra Borghi e Castelli
Pros:

Bellissimo il podere immerso nel verde delle colline piacentine. Tranquillità e vicinanza a molte mete turistiche prima tra tutte Castell'Arquato raggiungibile in pochi minuti in auto. Ampio l'appartamento e il patio che da sul giardino. Possibilità di assaggiare prodotti tipici a KM 0. Sul posto è presente un referente (Cristian) pronto a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti.

Cons:

Da migliorare pochi dettagli : la descrizione dei servizi sul sito (la lavastoviglie non è presente mentre viene elencata come servizio compreso nell'appartamento. La biancheria è a disposizione gratuitamente e non a pagamento).
