Didn’t stay at the accommodation despite booking for a 3 night stay. Rooms dates and overwhelming damp smell everywhere.
Pros:

Arrived late in the evening, so didn’t get a chance to look at the property properly.

Cons:

The room we were given didn’t look anything like the online pictures. Rooms were a lot more dated and the damp/ mold smell was overwhelming. We looked at the other available rooms (2 or 3) and were still very unsatisfied and yet again the damp smell was everywhere, so in the end decided we wouldn’t stay and we felt it was unhealthy.

It was pleasant enough. But you can find better in Ubud for similar prices.
Pros:

The staff was very nice.
Room is spacious.
It's close to a big road but it wasn't very loud in the room.

Cons:

The place is worn down. It's time for a facelift.
Shower had tape and still leaked 50% of the water. Some shelves were falling.
There's a lot of light all night long entering the room.
I felt the room was moist and I was in a cave.
My room did not have a desk where I could take calls or just sit down.
The matress was way too soft.

Good value for money
Pros:

The staff are so, so lovely at this property. There’s free water refill at reception, and the pool is really nice

Cons:

Unfortunately we just found the room wasn’t clean which is a shame because it’s a lovely property it just needs to be cleaner

I really enjoyed my room and the pool was amazing to cool off in every evening. Staff were super friendly

Distance from town, by foot, but that's nothing the owners can do. Otherwise great location :)

Overall disappointing stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Nice view of pool from our room.

Cons:

Toilet was broken, fixed once then broke again. Air con poor. Pool was not very clean unlike villa private pool. Hot water good for one shower. No mention of room cleaning during our stay. Photos did not match reality.

Staff were nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Bedroom was very big which was great. Outdoor seating in villa was very nice. Good aircon.

Cons:

Glass bathroom door so no privacy. Cleanliness overall was lacking - towels had marks on them, pool looked unclean.

Pros:

The room was very nicely decorated, it was a good sized space. Staff were lovely. Google translate was very handy.

Cons:

There were ants which were quickly addressed by staff. The private pool in the villa looked dirty so we didn’t go in it. It would be nice if there was more furniture apart from a bed like a sofa or chair in the room to sit on. The breakfast portions were small and because there was only one staff member to look after the place the poor gentleman was cleaning, cooking, helping get taxis, killing ants etc. it is too much work for one person. At least 2-3 people need to be hired.

Staff were amazing and location was convenient
Pros:

Staff were very accomodating and helpful. allowed us to drop off bags early and organised a rental scooter for us to use while there. 10 mins from central ubud.
