la chambre vraiment t le minimum syndical .. humide et pas très propre … la piscine froide et pas très bien entretenu comme les chambres ..
le seule point positif c est qu il est bien situé

Clean, basic economy hotel.

The hotel was clean. Security was good. Angel at the front desk is very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

El personal muy amable, en especial de Ángel, siempre fue muy amable y atento. La cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

La limpieza y el estado del baño no fue la mejor, había mucho moho tanto en las paredes como en la cortina del baño, en algunas partes de la habitación también había, creo que es algo en la que podrían mejorar para hacer la estancia mejor.

Amazing location, staff and stay!!!
Pros:

The location is 10/10, is very close to everything, so you can walk at night in the center listen music and enjoy the city center easily. The accommodations were very good also.
But the best was the staff without a doubt, Angel received us very well, he kept our luggage for the day because we arrive very early and had things to do, very kind!
And Manuel was amazing!!! He recommended the best place we ate in town, recommended places to go and helped us to rent a moto so we could go around the island. Without both of them our stay would not be the same, they were super kind and helpful all the time!! :)))
I would definitely stay here whenever I came back to Cozumel!
