Pros:

This was our favorite one during our stay in Japan. It is modern, well-kept, clean and spacious. the staff is very kind and helpful :)
the neighbourhood is quiet and calm. Loved it!

這是一間說得很好聽（提供你在房內就能自炊烹飪、洗衣服的便利），但其實沒有真心要便利你那些服務的旅館。還有，無論是訂房網或Google map評論上對於清潔度不佳的差評都是確實的。房內沙發、地毯都是很舊的東西不說，地毯要定期清洗吧，連這種錢都
Pros:

房內獨立使用的洗衣機、中型的兩門冰箱、兩口真正能烹飪的爐台。還有具有乾燥或供暖設備，以及一個深浴缸的浴室。

Cons:

▫️房裡永遠有一股淡淡的煙味，完全不開窗也仍然存在，噴清新劑也沒辦法消除。不知道是通氣裝置的原因，還是地上那又舊又髒的地毯舊有又長存的吸附，這股不舒服的氣味不是什麼大問題，但永遠讓你分心，感到不舒服。
▫️浴室抽風口上的灰塵一團團堆成毛絮狀明顯外露。打開房內冷氣，可以洗的那一片還算普通髒，但再內側不能洗的機械部份厚積滿覆著灰塵。為什麼我會去看這些呢？因為住宿的十天內我過敏次數頻繁，心想我也可以幫你清潔冷氣濾網，但沒想到它髒的是我洗不到的部份。總之這間旅館在清潔這件事上就是不在意！真的，很多細節都看得出那種隨便的態度。
▫️一樓的服務人員永遠都不一樣，大部分都很客氣，但住了十天也見過一個撲克牌臉男生，跟一個連跟她要洗衣球都聽不懂或不想給的女生。
▫️備品補充機制有點麻煩，甚至困擾人。像我們這樣10天長住的難免要補充備品，但櫃檯不是24小時都有人，早上9點到晚上9點，洗衣球還規定雙人房一天只能拿2顆。這飯店標榜擁有自己的洗衣機，吸引人我們這種衣服帶少少的人入住，但它其實並不想方便你使用，否則它大可一次給足你2顆一天*10天=20天的份量，免去你天天被規範在早9晚9的時限內，但它就不是這樣想，它希望妳自己去買洗眼球，但不是洗衣球的問題，是這間旅館的服務心態不是真心方便你，而是以一種防衛姿態阻抗旅客的心態在經營。
▫️標榜為可以烹飪的公寓式旅社，但所有烹飪鍋具只有平底鍋、26吋深湯鍋各ㄧ，3人房就只有3個15公分左右的小方盤，放塊麵包可以，指望拿這種小點心盤烹飪晚餐？這旅館怎麼能小器成這樣？！洗碗菜瓜布很噁心我可以自己買，洗衣球不太願意給我也可以自己買，烹飪區沒有抹布，耗費太多衛生紙，去拿備品又感覺著被用貪婪的眼光看待，那我也可以自己買，油、鹽、醬料、香料都可以自己買，但連個正常尺寸的陶磁盤我都得自己買這件事我心裡實在很不爽！這不是一間真心的旅館。

Great overall stay!
Pros:

We spent very little time on location, as we were largely exploring the area for the three days we were there. We had such an amazing time and the location of the hotel was perfect for all the exploring we wanted to do.

Cons:

There was nothign wrong with the place. The facilities were just fine and we felt very safe and secure. Good proximity to several convenience stores for quick morning breakfast and stocking up on snacks for the day.

Prima hotel met ruime kamer en eigen keukentje. Locatie in de stad ook goed met veel faciliteiten direct in de buurt.

Cons:

Airco stond buiten erg veel lawaai te maken, met het raam dicht viel het erg mee, maar wilde graag met het raam open slapen

Appartamento top a Kyoto
Pros:

Tutto, posizione, appartamento geniale, piccolo ma senza essere restrittivo, con tutto ciò che serve. Lavatrice, frigorifero, cucinino, bagno che si trasforma in essiccatore. Assolutamente geniale come soluzione avendo avuto due giorni di pioggia. Staff gentile e premuroso. Bella esperienza. Assolutamente consigliabile.

Comfortable hotel in great location in Kyoto
Pros:

Comfortable hotel in excellent location in Kyoto. Staff friendly and helpful and we could leave our bags for the day after check out. Washing machine and drying facilities very useful.

Cons:

Pretty small room for 3 people, very little space for suitcases or any where to sit other than on the beds.
