Comfortable, spacious room.
Pros:

Spacious comfortable room with all the amenities and facilities we needed for our stay. Was in a nice quiet area so we could relax in the evening after all the crowds from the days out.

Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet und es hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir bekamen auf Wunsch sofort eine extra Decke.

Cons:

Es mangelte an Platz. Man konnte den Koffer nicht wirklich öffnen. Das Sofa war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gab weder Tisch noch Stuhl.

Pros:

The luggage delivery service was very helpful.It was very nice that the air conditioner was already working when we arrived and the room was warm. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Séjour très agréable la rue est très calme et literie Très confortable

Pas de petit déjeuner à l’hôtel
Nous avons eu 2 périodes’ de location
La 1 ère fois très bien la chambre était grande confortable tout le confort machine à laver etc
La 2 eme fois nous avons eu une chambre plus petite avec un lit pas très pratique d’accès à cause d’un mur mal placé et pas mal de taches sur la moquette mais dans l’ensemble propre avec toujours machine à laver le linge et salle de bains cabine avec ventilation très efficace le matin le linge était sec

La 1 ère chambre c’était très bien juste la 2 eme trop petite et pas trop de rangements

Tenía buenas expectativas de este alojamiento por las reseñas y las fotos…el personal era amable pero esta fue la primera imagen que vi al entrar a la habitación. (Foto) un sofá lleno de suciedad y manchas….creo que no cuesta nada poner una funda básica y barata para cubrir eso. Finalmente tuvimos que pedir en recepción una sábana extra para cubrirlo porque la verdad no apetecía nada sentarse ahí.
Hemos estado a finales de Junio por lo que en Japón hace bastante calor y humedad, intenté poner el aire y otra sorpresa, los filtros estaban muy sucios y olía fatal el aire! Así que no pudimos usarlo ni un solo día.
Además el suelo estaba lleno de manchas y tanto la habitación como el pasillo olían digamos…raro.
