Piacevolissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Camera bella spaziosa. Buona colazione. Pulizia e ordine sia all'interno che all'esterno. Ho apprezzato molto lo stenditoio comune, e la macchinetta all'esterno con acqua, bibite varie e snack a buoni prezzi.

Cons:

Farei in modo che l'area piscina sia più libera da insetti e uccelli. Il cambio asciugamani lo preferirei giornaliero, o un giorno si e uno no, anzichè ogni tre giorni.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo residence e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata buona. La struttura è molto curata, pulita e gradevole, con un giardino ben tenuto e una bella zona piscina. Sono disponibili bagni, docce e lavapiedi in questa area, oltre a una piccola vasca idromassaggio che però è attiva solo in determinati orari. La colazione è risultata varia e abbondante.
Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che a nostro avviso potrebbero essere migliorati. Al nostro arrivo non ci è stato mostrato il residence, come invece ci era capitato in altre strutture, e non abbiamo ricevuto ulteriori informazioni sull’aperitivo in piscina di cui ci era stato accennato. Inoltre, la presenza piuttosto significativa di api e vespe ci ha fatto rinunciare a trascorrere alcuni momenti all’aperto in totale serenità. Sempre a causa di questo, avremmo gradito la possibilità di pranzare in uno spazio comune, ma la richiesta non è stata accolta dalle donne delle pulizie che, nonostante avessimo spiegato la situazione, ci hanno risposto con un secco “no, ci dispiace”. Per questo motivo abbiamo dovuto pranzare in camera senza avere un reale appoggio.
Nella nostra stanza abbiamo trovato un elemento della persiana danneggiato, che lasciava entrare luce al mattino rendendo difficile riposare oltre un certo orario. Anche la posizione della camera vicina alla reception, ha comportato un po’ di rumore nelle prime ore del giorno.
Nel complesso, il residence rimane un luogo piacevole e rilassante, ma per il prezzo sostenuto ci saremmo aspettati qualche attenzione in più verso gli ospiti.

Relax, accoglienza, familiarità . Un’immersione nella natura.
Pros:

Ottimo connubio tra modernità degli esterni e rispetto della tradizione negli spazi interni.
Un plus è rappresentato dalla piscina ed i servizi annessi, come il servizio aperitivo e i bagni esterni.
Luogo immerso nel verde, tranquillo e rilassante; lontano da fonti di stress e rumore.

Cons:

Miglioreremmo soltanto la gestione del cambio asciugamani , che consigliamo di effettuare quotidianamente e non ogni tre giorni.
Sarebbe consigliato anticipare l’orario colazione alle 7 anziché poterne usufruire dalle 8 in poi.

Όμορφο αλλά ελλιπές προσωπικό
Pros:

Καθαρό και άνετο δωματιο. Όμορφη πισίνα φιλικό προσωπικό. Το δωματιο ήταν ψηλοτάβανο και πολύ ευχάριστο air condition με καλή απόδοση. Ήσυχο μέρος για να ξεκουραστείς ευχάριστα το βράδυ.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό δεν ήταν επαρκές. 4 γυναίκες να τρέχουν για τα πάντα. Understaffed. Οι κύριες προσπαθούσαν για τα πάντα αλλά προσωπικά μου φανηκε εξαντλητικό για εκείνες να είναι σε 100 διαφορετικά πόστα καθημερινά. Θα ήθελα ιδανικά να υπάρχει ρεσεψιόν 24ωρη καθώς και full time pool service για τα λεφτά που ζητά το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε μα εμπλουτιστεί με περισσότερες επιλογές και επαρκές φαγητό για όλους τους ενοίκους (τα αυγά γίνονταν αναπαρστα κάθε πρωί).

Przepiękny obiekt, piękny basen

Fantastyczne miejsce na wyjazd z dziećmi, super baza wypadowa do przepięknych plaż i klimatycznego Nardo, gdzie można przeżywać prawdziwe włoskie wakacje. Było wspaniale!

Zalig ontspannen verblijf!
Pros:

Prachtig accommodatie. Alles was aanwezig voor een ontspannen verblijf. De hoge plafonds in de kamer waren echt prachtig.

We hadden een raam in onze kamer maar konden niet naar buiten kijken omdat het raam te hoog was, dat was jammer.

Il Mediterranea Residence è la struttura perfetta per chi desidera trascorrere un semplice week end o un'intera vacanza all'insegna del relax e del comfort.
Ben collegato con il centro di Nardò,con località marine e con le maggiori attrazioni turistiche.
La struttura esprime il perfetto connubio fra l'autenticità del territorio e la modernità degli ambienti.
Le stanze sono ampie,arredate con gusto e molto pulite;letto e divano comodi,bagno spazioso e pulito,tutto nuovissimo.
Ottima la colazione dolce e salata con prodotti del territorio,fantastica la frutta sempre freschissima servita ogni mattina da personale sempre disponibile,gentile e sorridente.
Molto belli gli spazi esterni immersi nel verde curato quotidianamente,bella e pulita la piscina e comodo l'idromassaggio,
C'è anche uno spazio con sedie e divanetti per poter leggere un libro,chiacchierare o degustare un aperitivo nel pomeriggio insomma un luogo che sposa perfettamete eleganza e sobrietà diretto con maestria e professionalità dalla proprietaria Claudia sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Für uns ein absoluter Glückstreffer!
Pros:

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der große Pool in Kombination mit dem Whirlpool ist aussergewöhnlich. Ein herzliches Dankeschön und alles Gute für die Zukunft!
