Pros:

El personal tiene toda la actitud y disposición, super amables, la ubicación perfecta todo esta cerca.

Cons:

La caldera hace un ruido que si llega a perturbar el sueño.
Y por ahorro de agua deberían revisar su sistema ya que son muchos minutos lo que tarda en caer caliente

Wonderful place would stay there again.

Wonderful location with very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

There was a bit of clanking at night with the water pump, but I suspect that’s a temporary problem.

The water to take the shower was cold and took many minutes to get warm. There is no tool to deliver water from the bathroom. (Desagüe)

Pros:

The staff it’s great, I saw bad reviews of the bathroom and is actually perfect size, the room clean and the bed comfortable I didn’t had air conditioning but my visit was in December so, the weather was perfect.

Cons:

the only thing is that there is no elevator but the staff helps with the bags

Excellent place to stay in Mexico City - highly recommend
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel in an excellent location. Great customer service - we arrived early but our room was already ready so the receptionist kindly allowed us to check-in early.

Cons:

The shower pressure / temperature kept changing but not a massive issue

Exceptional customer service
Pros:

The stuff is really welcoming, nice and super helpful. The customer service is amazing here. The room was clean with comfortable beds. It was quiet to sleep here. The location is very convenient, situated next to a beautiful park with lots of cafes and restaurants around, all walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.
