Lovely staff and spacious room
Pros:

The staff were amazing, we had a room that was right on the sea front (beautiful view) and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The facilities in bathroom could be a little cleaner but can't really complain

Buona posizione fronte spiaggia, camera spaziosa e ottima colazione

Cons:

La camera era molto trasandata, il condizionatore colava la condensa sulla parete che era diventata ormai verde e marrone, doccia con acqua salata, non è proprio un problema dell hotel ma su tutta l isola di Gili Meno l acqua è salata, non c è acqua dolce. L hotel ha fornito un contenitore grande di acqua potabile da bere tuttavia. Prezzo delle BinTang più alto mai visto in tutta Bali

Udsigten, flot solopgang. Altid smilende og servicemined personale. Leje af cykler på stedet. Maden og morgenmaden var super. Booking af snorkeltur i glass bottom båd til skildpadder og skulpturer i vandet. Cykeltur rundt om øen. Der var vandbeholder på værelset med drikkevand.

Cons:

Dårlig wifi dækning. Dårlig rengøring. Skulle selv bede om rengøring og toiletpapir. Toilet ved reception mgl generelt rengøring. Måtte selv bede om små håndklæder til badeværelse. Opfyldning af sæbe på badeværelset og kaffe mangelfuld. Strand foran hotellet kræver strandsko og der er mange huller når man går ud i vandet. Hvis man går efter snorkling er det et perfekt sted. Bagsiden af hotellet trænger til oprydning.
Der er saltvand i haner og i bad. Der var ikke køleskab på værelset. Der manglede tjek af pærer i lamper på værelset. Ingen køleskab.

Hôtel dans un lieu exceptionnel
Pros:

La vue est superbe sur la mer. La gentillesse du personnel et du big boss. La literie très bonne. Les repas sont bons et le petit déjeuner généreux.

Cons:

Le manque de nettoyage tous les jours. La chambre n’a pas été faite une seule fois sur les 3 nuits et les serviettes qui sont un peu vieillottes avec quelques tâches qui ne partent pas. Attention parfois coupure de courant donc plus d’eau également mais c’est sur toute l’île. Hôtel pas doté de groupe électrogène.

Pros:

Lo staff molto accogliente, la camera era pulita, con qualche crepa qua e la, la colazione semplice ma buona, la doccia e lavabo avevano acqua salata.

Cons:

Lo scarico del bagno non era dei migliori, molto spesso si intasava e la sera c’era puzza.

No fue una estadia agradable
Pros:

La locacion es buena porque puedes caminar directamente desde el port, la playa directamente enfrente del hotel es muy bonita y hay bastante coral y tortugas.

Cons:

Desgraciadamente hubo muchisimos detalles que hicieron que nuestra estadia no fuera buena:

- El bano despedia un olor a drenaje muy fuerte todas las noches.
- Las sabanas y fundas de almohada estaban sucias y tenian hongo.
- En medio de la noche se fue la luz y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.
- La comida del restaurante era muy basica y no tan apetecible.

Mi pareja y yo optamos por caminar todos los dias al otro lado de la isla donde la calidad de restaurantes es mucho mejor.

El staff trato de ayudarnos en todo lo posible cuando les comentamos lo anterior y fueron muy amables por eso me da pena poner este review pero no me gustaria que alguien mas pase por la misma experiencia que nosotros.

Cons:

Basically, everything was wrong. The price was far too high for such an old and poorly maintained room. Many things didn’t work properly, and there was mold and rust everywhere. No hair fan in the room.

The shower water was very salty. The air conditioner was dirty and gave off a bad smell whenever it was turned on. The room door also barely locked, which made us feel unsafe.

The surroundings were quiet during the day, but at night there was constantly loud music playing.

We also ordered breakfast the evening before because we had to leave early. However, the staff lost our order, so the breakfast arrived 30 minutes later than requested. We were in a hurry and this caused additional stress.

Another strange thing was the inconsistent pricing. One evening, the same bottle of water cost 12k, while the next day it cost 14k. :)

Overall, the room was overpriced, poorly maintained, and the service was disappointing.

Pros:

Lo staff era molto accogliente e disponibile. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al mare e al porto.
Abbiamo anche apprezzato il servizio di noleggio bici (utile per spostarsi sull’isola).

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto farci combiare gli asciugamani in quanto sporchi, ma anche la seconda volta risultavano ancora non puliti. Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare i nostri asciugamani personali.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Pretty view right at the beach with a beautiful sunrise, clean floors, free drinking water and refill on request, friendly staff

Cons:

The bed sheets and towels were quite dirty and the towels even partially torn, where I think at that point just toss them and get new ones. We asked to get them changed but received supposedly "fresh and new ones" (see pictures for the "clean" ones). If you charge this price per night you should afford that. The bed was rather uncomfortable and there was really loud music until 2 a.m., the drain in the sink was not draining at all so we had gross standing water throughout our stay. Mold and dirt on the walls.

Bon séjour !
Pros:

La gentillesse de l'équipe de Chriest, le site est très bien.. snorkeling, tortues..
et vivre un coucher de soleil de dos, la lumiere qui se reflete sur les montagnes de Lombok.. impressionnant !

Cons:

Tout a été deja dit.. un peu de propreté derriere l hotel serait une excellente chose..

Personnel adorable mais chambre à améliorer.
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins.
Le cuisinier cuisine très bien, la serveuse est d'une grande gentillesse.
L'hôtel est très bien placé avec vu sur la mer.

Cons:

Dans les chambres il y a une odeur épouvantable.
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée.
