Ubicació. Vista del sunrise. Davant de la platja. Molt tranquil i ple de nens. Molt familiar. Molt pocs carros de cavalls per davant. Silenciós. Snorkeling brutal davant.

Cons:

El restaurant esta molt ben ubicat però el que cuinen es molt sencill i no massa bo. La neteja només la fan si ho demanes per tant molta dies fins casi abans d'anar a dormir la habitació no estava feta.

Pros:

Amazing location. The snorkelling right outside the resort was some of the best on Gili Meno. We saw turtles almost everyday. The staff were phenomenal, extremely helpful and efficient. The beds were comfortable. The vibe was amazing.

Cons:

The back room of the villa looked out onto the garden which wasn’t a good view. The neighbours had a smelly rubbish dump right there. The drainage system smelt a bit bad at times but this is an island wide problem.

Perfect location, beautiful views, amazing people ❤️
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were amazing—so helpful and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to African, Andy, and Lintang for making our stay so memorable; their hospitality really stood out.

The location is stunning, right on the beach with beautiful, clear water. We even saw turtles from the shore, which was incredible. The views were breathtaking, and watching the sunrise from our balcony was a highlight of the trip.

Our room was spacious, well equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable—we had some of the best nights’ sleep of our whole trip.

Breakfast was included and offered a great variety of delicious options. The dinner menu was also varied and catered to all tastes. The meals were perfectly cooked by Uden, who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our food. He also took the time to chat with us about the island, which was a lovely personal touch.

We also hired snorkeling gear and fins from Haris at Umbak Sarong. He was fantastic—giving us great advice on where to spot turtles and even arranging a boat back to Lombok for us at a very reasonable price. The boat picked us up right outside the hotel, which meant we didn’t have to carry our bags back to the port.

Overall, an unforgettable stay in a beautiful place with incredible people. Highly recommended!

1/10. Omijajcie to miejsce. Zdjęcia przedstawiają pokoje jak hotel powstawał. Teraz to dramat.
Pros:

lokalizacja bardzo fajna. Blisko punkt gdzie codziennie można spotkać żółwie.
Śniadania bardzo przyzwoite i to na tyle z plusów

Cons:

Czystość to skandal. Czuć stęchlizne w pokojach. Deska kolzetowa, kanapa, Pościel, Wszystko brudne. Pomimo zmiany pokoju jakość drugiego była taka sama. Niestety nie mieliśmy inne opcji więc musieliśmy zostać. Klimatyzacja śmierdzi i kapie z niej woda. Pleśń/rdza Na klamkach. Nie wiem jakim sposobem obiekt dostaje takie dobre opinie na booking. Słona woda pod prysznicem. Jeśli nie chcecie się denerwować podczas urlopu to omijajcie to miejsce.

Se dovessi tornare non alloggerei mai in quel lato dell’isola, ma non credo tornerò proprio in generale alle gili.

Purtroppo nulla, posso dire solo che il personale era cordiale .

Cons:

Siamo arrivati , appena siamo scesi dalla barca ci siamo accorti di aver sbagliato lato dell’isola in cui soggiornare , la spiaggia è piena di coralli e mal tenuta , l’acqua è sporchissima.
Appena siamo entrati in stanza , apparentemente tutto ok, invece l’acqua che usciva dalle tubature era gialla , il mio compagno ha fatto la doccia con il costume bianco ed è diventato giallo( ma questo è un problema generale dell’isola)
Abbiamo chiesto due biciclette e ce ne hanno portate 2 che neanche frenavano.
Siamo rientrati alle 10 e 30 in stanza e in reception non c’era nessuno. Ci siamo messi ad urlare perché avevano le nostre chiavi. Siamo dovuti andare a bussare alle porte a caso per trovare il personale.

Pros:

The accommodation has a great location right on the beach, which is probably its biggest plus. Unfortunately, that's where the positives basically end.

Cons:

The room and bathroom are very poorly maintained. The room is extremely humid, with visible mold on the walls, which also causes an unpleasant musty smell. Another major issue is the drainage – there is a strong sewage smell coming from the shower, which gets even worse when you are showering.

The bathroom is in overall bad condition – the toilet is worn out to the point of being barely usable, and the toilet seat is in very poor shape. The shower only provides cold, slightly salty, yellowish water.

There was also water leaking from under the furniture, so we had to use towels just to be able to walk safely on the floor. The bed was not clean upon arrival, and we had to ask for the bedding to be changed.

Overall, the room is in poor condition – rusty elements, humidity, mold, and lack of proper maintenance.

Based on the high price of the room and the good reviews, I thought the room would live up to the price and reviews, but unfortunately, it didn't.

Pros:

Мне понравилось отдыхать в этом отеле. Место тихое, уединённое напоминает Мальдивы. После шумного Бали несколько дней наедине с природой - отличное решение. Вернусь ещё раз.
В отеле можно заказать массаж, можно бесплатно брать оборудование для снорклинга и искать черепашек. Есть все виды импортного алкоголя, в том числе Бейлиз и Апероль. Есть напитки и еда для тех кто на ЗОЖ - смузи, рыба на гриле, салат с тыквой. Прекрасный большой душ под открытым небом (при этом никаких жуков, что важно) и отдельная гардеробная комната. Также мне понравились коврики для йоги и бутылочки для воды, которые есть в каждом номере.
Отличное место для медового месяца или для роскошного ретрита с погружением в себя и природу. Персонал не навязчив, людей очень мало.

Cons:

Не встретила черепах на этой стороне Гили Мено (но встретила на другой- возле пирса). Но это не вина отеля, что мы с черепашками разминулись.

Pros:

La camera (206) è molto spaziosa, piccolo però l'almadio. Vedevo il mare dal terrazzo. Staff sempre sorridente e premuroso. Posizione a mio parere ottima perché il mare da questo lato è calmo.

Cons:

Come avevo letto dai commenti precedenti l'acqua della doccia (calda) e del rubinetto è salata, per lavarmi i denti ho usato l'acqua in bottiglia. A volte puzza anche di fogna.

Awesome location, super comfy bed
Pros:

Had a great stay here. The staffs was attentive and the breakfast was yummy with variety of protein, fiber and carbs. Located beachfront, awesome snorkeling site in front of the hotel, we saw two turtles.

Pros:

S čistým svědomím můžu dát 10. Apartmán je super, prostorný, funkční, pohodlný, pitná voda přímo v pokoji. Lednice, rychlovarná konvice, káva, čaj. Příjemná terasa. Pozorný personál. Pěkná pláž na koupání. Úžasné šnorchlování s želvami u korálového útesu jen pár metrů od pokoje. A odpoledne jako pozornost podniku káva, čaj a něco malého k jídlu zdarma.
