Great location not the best hotel ! I expected more from a ibis

Great location !

Cons:

First of all the guy tried to say I didn’t have a booking and that I’d cancelled it ! Yet had paperwork for me ! And was really rude about it. We Found a live bug as we went to get into bed !
He then tried to stop me basically complaining. By offering me a new room ! He told me the car park fee was on the house for the inconvenience then I had to pay it on exit.

Cons:

Kleine kamers, geen plaats voor je koffer, parkeren extra betalen! Zeer summier ontbijt , word ook slecht aangevuld, scrambeld eggs droog! Ook niet echt Budget 300 voor 2 nachten
