O Hotel Win Story foi simplesmente maravilhoso em todos os aspectos! A localização em Seogwipo é privilegiada, excelente para explorar a região e aproveitar as atrações de Jeju.

A equipe é extremamente simpática, prestativa e está sempre disponível para ajudar. O atendimento foi impecável durante toda a estadia!

O quarto é excelente: muito espaçoso, silencioso, extremamente limpo, organizado e cheiroso. Além disso, é muito bem equipado, com diversas amenidades que fazem toda a diferença, incluindo geladeira, micro-ondas, máquina de lavar roupas dentro do próprio quarto e reposição de garrafas de água. Utilizamos literalmente tudo e essas facilidades tornaram nossa estadia muito mais confortável e prática.

O hotel também oferece estacionamento privativo gratuito. Embora possa ficar cheio em determinados horários, existem alternativas próximas, tanto nas ruas quanto em outros estacionamentos.

O café da manhã é servido em um estabelecimento do outro lado da rua e foi uma experiência sensacional! A comida é deliciosa e o atendimento é maravilhoso, tornando as manhãs ainda mais agradáveis.

Outro grande diferencial é a cadeira de massagem completa disponível gratuitamente para os hóspedes no térreo. Utilizamos todas as noites para relaxar e recuperar as energias depois dos longos dias explorando Jeju. Foi simplesmente fantástico!

Foi uma das melhores experiências de hospedagem da nossa viagem. O hotel reúne conforto, excelente estrutura, localização privilegiada e uma equipe maravilhosa. Recomendo de olhos fechados e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui. Nota 10!

Cons:

A única coisa de que não gostei foi ter que ir embora! Tudo foi absolutamente perfeito, do início ao fim. Não tivemos nenhum problema ou ponto negativo durante a estadia. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa!

Pros:

Hotel with a laundry machine really made a great relief of washing clothes to our trip. The breakfast is simple and yummy and all the staffs are friendly. It definitely worths the price.

Cons:

The hot water supply for shower is unstable which is quite annoying. The microwave shelf is full of dust. some of the towels with stain and bedsheet with holes.

Pros:

價格上來說CP值很高，位置地點走到偶來市場也不遠

Cons:

房間要攤開兩個26吋以上行李箱有難度，訂房網上看到有洗衣機，訂房後須知傳來才知道要住三四晚以上才能用，冰箱外還有一道木門這點也是不太方便，不過綜合價格來說以上也不算什麼缺點了

Didn’t enjoy anything about it.

Cons:

Hallway had a weird smell. Bathroom toilet in our room was leaking. No room service. Didn’t give extra mug for 3 people stay, and were really firm on not providing and extra drinking mug for the 3rd paying guest. Instead provided paper cup for hot water.

房間的門不知道為什麼有3次自己發出聲音，但打開門又沒有人，不太清楚是甚麼原因

Pros:

The staff are very nice and helpful. This hotel is close to the bus stop where you can easily take the bus to/from the airport or nearby cities. It is also close to the city market. The traditional Korean chicken soup next door is delicious.

Cons:

The noise (from the pump or other unknown electrical/mechanical facilities nearby) is disturbing at night, and this is my only complaint.
