Pros:

A modest hotel/hostel in decent location. Unfortunately, we were robbed on the street three doors from hotel. Staff should have been more attentive to informing guests of the immediate dangers outside the door. Stayed 10 days room was never vacuumed. Staff are friendly but not necessarily engaged in the neighborhood. On checkout staff attempted to double bill us for room claiming we had no receipt or proof of rental from Expedia. Both Expedia and the hotel need to clear up the billing protocol. Recommend Expedia management do a `mystery shopper' visit to this facility...
