Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai

We have just spent 4 nights at this hotel whilst attending the DP World Championship Golf Tournament. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Food in McGettigans is excellent and value for money. A special mention to Vanessa, Moe,Fahad, Josh and Elaz although everyone deserves a mention for their wonderful service. We will definitely return soon.

Tin from champion is very nice service.Muhammed is also taking care of me and cocktail is very nice and had a good experience.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, but what made it so special is the exceptional service. I want to give special thanks to the amazing team who made my experience memorable, especially Salal who was extremely helpful throughout, and I also greatly appreciate Esha, Moe, Vhanasa, Dina, Mohammad Osman, Charles, Nain, and the entire kitchen staff for their dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality.
I definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

PS: The only downside is the location. It's a good area but you will need a car

This was my third stay at this wonderful property, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The atmosphere is warm, the team is welcoming, and everything about the place feels like home.

This hotel is so clean and fresh from outside to the lobby to the room
Everything is sparkling clean!
All the staff I encountered were professional
I asked the room service guy who brought me ice bucket about the hotel facilities and he detailed everything to me with timings, sadly can't remember his name
Check-in was fast and friendly! Kay gave me all the information I needed as a first timer in this hotel!

They made my stay right from the check-in and when I got to my room, everything was perfect!

This is actually my third time staying here with my fiancé. As always, from our very first visit until now, the hospitality and warm welcome remain consistent.

During our visit to Champions, Justine was very accommodating and attentive, making great recommendations and ensuring our experience was enjoyable. At the reception, Fahad handled our check-in process smoothly and even guided us to our room, while Vhanessa and Dina welcomed us warmly.

In IRD, although I wasn’t able to catch his name, the staff member who assisted us was just as attentive and courteous as on our previous stays.

We truly appreciate the exceptional service and look forward to coming back again soon.

Absolutely loved my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai from July to September! 🌟 The breakfast was fantastic—healthy, flavorful, and with a great selection of authentic Pakistani and Indian-style dishes.

I stayed in room 2001, and I cannot thank the staff member Ahurag enough. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and warm, always making sure my room was spotless. His dedication and kindness truly made my stay extra special—thank you so much, Ahurag, you are amazing! 🙏

The hotel also has two swimming pools on the 5th floor, which is perfect for relaxing. Just a heads up, the pool in Building A was under maintenance during my visit, but the other one was great.

I am so grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai—you’ll feel right at home here!

Excellent hotel very clean and big rooms only stayed 1 night but was great and comfy 👍

I arrived on the 12th of June at RM. 4001. The reception process for checking in was seamless. I'm not completely certain about her name; I believe it's Vanessa. She greeted me so kindly, which I truly valued since it was my first time checking into the property. The room was changed to a twin bed since Vanessa found out I was with a friend. Truly appreciative of her. The housekeeping runner brings a cheerful vibe to my day whenever he fulfills my request (such a radiant smile). There was a small issue with the key door because my keycard wasn't functioning, but it wasn't a big problem since the property team fixed it right away. Subsequently, a call from Reception offered me a free breakfast as a gesture for what occurred, which I didn't find significant. I truly value it. You all have an excellent team. You are ensuring your guest feels at ease. I'm fond of it. -JASON-

The property is old and quite far out. There’s nothing close by, the nearest mall is Dubai hills and it’s boring!

The food is very expensive and you’d expect more from a Sheraton

There was a 15 cm diameter spot of blod in one of the towels. So discusting. When I told the room service, they said, ah ok we can easily give you another one
The hotel was in one building and the reception in another building

I would like to sincerely thank the front desk manager, Muneeb Burney, for going above and beyond to accommodate my requests and ensure a pleasant stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuinely kind attitude made a real difference. As a regular guest, this level of care and hospitality truly stands out and is deeply appreciated. Exceptional service like this is what keeps me coming back!
