Not a real Hotel so do not expect any Hotel service.

In the floor and in the room the is a strong humidity and toilette smell.

The Bathroom was dirty and there is no coffee machine in the rooms only one in the shared room on the floor.

In the morning we were disturbed by the receptionist knocking at the door cause our kids where apparently disturbing her scrolling on her Phone as we had no other room next only the reception desk.

Despite the baggage keeping service advertised on Booking the receptionist refused to keep our 2 cabin trolley for 2 hours , with the excuse of having no space, and we where forced to bring them in a third party locker service loosing a lot of time a paying additional money.

Hotel diye tuttum ama hostel çıktı.

Cons:

Verilen oda arkaya bakıyordu ve yan binayla birleşikti. Bu nedenle hiç güvenli değildi. Odalar temiz değildi ve tuvalet sifonu çekince tekrar doldururken çok yavaş doluyor ve aşırı gürültü yapıyordu. Resepsiyoniste söyleyince sadece perdeleri kapatmamı söyledi. Çok saygısız umursamaz bir resepsiyonisti var. Bir daha hayatta kalmam.

Pros:

The property location is amazing. You walk down and you have access to so many restaurants and shops. Definitely a great location.

Cons:

One of the staff members at the lobby was very nice. She was very helpful. But the following day, one of the staff member (young and short woman) was very very, very rude. I went up to the front desk and stood in front of her and she did not even acknowledge my presence. I have been standing in front of her for three minutes, and I was only 2 feet away from her yet she did not even acknowledge me. Finally, I told her "would you like me to come back?" And then she started asking what I needed, and she would not even look at me. She was staring at her computer the whole time. I thought it was very rude.
