جميع الموظفين في غاية اللطف والاحترام و بالأخص الأخ طارق
الفندق نظيف و موقعه ممتاز في الحي المقابل للمطار حيث توجد الكثير من الخدمات مثل البقالات و المطاعم العربية و محلات الصرافة .
قاموا بترقية حجزنا إلى شقة من ثلاث غرف بدون رسوم إضافية

الشقق في شارع العرب وكل شي حولك حتى بدون سيارة تحصل كل شي جنبك مطاعم بقالات وغيرها .
الشقق فيها فرن وادوات طبخ من قدور وصحون وغيرها
الشطاف متوفر ..فيها غسالة ملابس . السعر مقبول .
فيه شخص سوري محترم جدا في الاستقبال

الشقق قديمة وتحتاج اهتمام اكثر _ الافياش حقت الكهرباء بعضها منفكه وتطلع باليد واللي عنده اطفال ممكن يمسكون الاسلاك . غرفة النوم جدا ضيقة .. فرشة الصالة مرة قديم وتطلع منها ريحة نفس ريحة الفرش المبتل . المواقف صعبة جدا خاصة فترة الذروة مستحيل تحصل موقف .
