Improve Cleanliness of Rooms
Cons:

The bed sheets appear as though they have not been changed before my stay. There were debris on the bed sheets. When I approached the staff to exchange a bedsheet, I was told that the housekeeping staff is off duty. So then am I supposed to put up with dirty bed sheets because you guys didn't do your jobs properly?

Berbaloi dengan harga, selesa, hotel mudah nak cari, ada dobi, kedai makan, kk mart.
Pros:

Harga berpatutan, ada banyak pilihan untuk jenis bilik, selesa.

Cons:

Dinding bahagian atas tandas ada ruang yg bercermin. Bila buka lampu tandas, ruang dalam bilik jadi terang dan ruang untuk solat agak terhad.

Passable for money-wise but definitely a level lower than the typical budget hotel
Pros:

Near to PICC

Cons:

The toilet wall is dirty, got molds. The toilet door is hard to open and close. The bed was very creaky, not comfy.

Pros:

Tekanan air kuat, bilik bersih, selesa. Lokasi strategik banyak kedai, parking senang. Dekat KFC Pizza Hut dan Burger King.

Cons:

Friendly staff and great location, but the cleanliness is a big issue and room for improvement.
Pros:

Staff is suuuuuper friendly, like suuuuuper duuuuper friendly. A good and friendly staff made everything easier to talk to or discuss with. Thanks for the free snack.

Cons:

Room is slightly smaller for a double room, might not be everyone's cup of tea, but for us its all good and thats the pricing we paid for.

9.0 and not 10.0 is because the room we gotten actually got a lizard shit in the aircon and it dropped on the bed directly, not just one bit but quite a few and noticeable.
