Pros:

①スタッフメンバーは皆さん、親切に対応してくれました。
②部屋の備品ですが、バスローブが湿っていて使用出来ませんでした。
また、ヘアードライヤーが無く、フロントでお願いし、持って来て貰いました。
他、冷蔵庫の冷えが緩過ぎますね。
③ドアの開閉がやりづらかったです。
④朝食は、美味しく頂けました。

Pros:

我和太太上个礼拜，在怡程一共住了三个晚上，作为我们游览德天大瀑布，通灵峡谷和巴马的据点，当初选择怡程，主要是看重它的位置接近朝阳广场市中心，方便出入，以及它作为一家新开业才一年的饭店，房间的面积，装潢，设备和清洁都没让我们失望，但最令我们感动的，是服务团队每一个人，表现出来的优秀服务精神，尤其是在我们用早餐的餐厅，服务员都用亲切和蔼的态度，用心地服务每一位客人，适逢端午节，餐厅准备了粽子作为自助早餐的一部分，我和太太试过后，觉得味道和质量都超乎寻常，我们冒昧地问服务员可以不可以卖我们一些，让我们带回香港给亲戚们品尝，他们给我们请来厨房的张大厨，他很爽快地说，很高兴我们欣赏他的粽子，同意给我们一些带回去，但坚持不接受我们的金钱，再者，他更从厨房拿来一只特大的粽子送我们，说是厨房里的一位大妈自己包的，这份浓情厚意令我们非常非常感动，从来没有在其他国内或国外的饭店碰过，唯有答应张大厨和其他服务员，下次我们再到南宁旅游，一定会再次住在他们的饭店，若有亲戚朋友去南宁，亦一定会推荐他们住在怡程！这家饭店的硬件设施，和软件服务真是太棒了！
