Enjoyable stay. Convenient location and highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel is close to everything including the shopping areas, restaurants and not to mention the bus stop to go to the airport. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. There was also an Onsen which was awesome!

Pros:

Breakfast was simple. Nothing special. But the location was excellent a 10 points. having a washing machine in the room allowed us to pack light.

Cons:

I wish the rooms were not carpeted, as housekeeping is minimum. so it was a bit dusty and can be a problem with guest who are sensitive. The room is also small so reaching tight corners with a vacuum cleaner is near impossible.

Excelente localização, mas os quartos pequenos e, principalmente, a experiência do café da manhã deixam a desejar.

A localização é excelente, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. O hotel fica próximo ao Parque Odori, estações de metrô, restaurantes e lojas, sendo uma ótima base para explorar Sapporo. A equipe foi atenciosa durante a estadia.

Cons:

O quarto é bastante pequeno para uma família de quatro pessoas. O principal ponto negativo, porém, foi o café da manhã. Em vários dias havia fila de espera para entrar no restaurante, algo que considero inadequado para a capacidade do hotel. Além disso, o ambiente ficava muito cheio e desorganizado, tornando a experiência pouco agradável. O café servido também deixou a desejar, sem opções de café moído na hora. Como o café da manhã é o momento que inicia o dia, esperávamos uma experiência muito melhor.
