Good hotel with great location.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is very convenient for us in term of shopping and foods. Easy to move around. Onsen is ok.

綺麗なホテルで快適でしたが一部の外国人に腹立った

狸小路が近く、ススキノも近いので買い物、食事には便利。一階にコンビニがあるのも良いです。

今回、連泊で利用しました。ホテル自体はスタッフも親切、綺麗で快適なんですが、
外国人旅行者達のマナーの悪さにイラ立ちました。
時間帯関係なくゴミを廊下に出してる。袋を縛ったりもしないし、食べた物のゴミも丸見え。気持ち悪くて外出する時にフロントに声を掛けて出ました。用事を済ませてホテルに戻ると違う部屋何ヶ所かの前にまたゴミ出てる。汚くて気持ち悪くて腹立つしがっかりしました。フロントに言うのも申し訳なくて我慢しましたが、本当、非常識。清掃の時間帯に部屋のゴミを出すなら分かるのですが、そーゆうのを全く気にしない国なんでしょうね。おまけに、飲食禁止と書いてあるロビーや休憩スペース占領して珍味広げて酒盛りしてるし。
