Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It’s very convenient, reasonably priced, and we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was the cleanliness of the bedding. I noticed a few stain on the duvet cover when I checked in, and the pillowcases had a slight odor. I hope this can be improved

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

Best hotel with washing machine cum dryer in each room. Free flow of amenities that can be collected at the front desk. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons:

No bedsheets changing unless one stays for 7 nights and more. We stayed just 6 nights. Nevertheless it was possible to change towel daily if one desires.

A busy hotel centrally located
Pros:

Excellent location near Odori Park and underground station, good sized room (corner room), great breakfast, lovely onsen.

Cons:

Huge queues for breakfast (even with info about peak times considered) with people being allowed to take whole plates of melon to their tables for their family meaning nothing left for anyone else … strange but true! Also, there was nowhere to put our suitcases so getting things out involved stooping over opened suitcases on the floor.

Very convenient in a perfect location
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to everything we needed. The lobby has a decent coffee machine (for free) with very nice records you could listen to, and they had free soft-serve ice cream in certain times (which we didn’t try).
The room had all of the required amenities.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights and we didn’t have our room cleaned or towels replaced.
Parking is a bit expensive compared to the adjacent options.
