A compact, station-close apartment-hotel with an in-room kitchen + laundry — perfect for longer, self-catered stays.
Pros:

Staying at Tokyu Stay Sapporo is convenient - few mins from Ordori Station + kitchenette in my room so I can actually cook. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel.

Cons:

It’s an “apartment hotel,” not luxury. The kitchen + laundry in-room is great, but it eats floor space. If you have 2 big suitcases + shopping bags, it gets tight fast.

Lovely hotel with great amenities and serene view of the lake and mountain
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, with nice amenities of onsen. Lovely spread for dinner and breakfast. Superb view of the lake and mountain with fireworks especially given the full length window with unblocked view.

Cons:

Small suggestion to also clean the window sill area since we sat around the area watching the fireworks.. it has some dust. But this does not impact the rest of the stay which is lovely

The onsen is the superstar of this accommodation. LOVE the atmosphere of it. Also extremely well organized and clean. Central location, but we will return for the onsen specifically.

Good location 20 min slow walk from the main Sapporo train station, the hotel was also easily accessible via the Odori subway station. Easy access to Odori park and surrounding shopping / eating areas. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores within steps of the hotel. Walkable distance to and from Nijo market via the Tanukikoji shopping street.

Rooms were a little small but clean. The in-room washing machine was a huge bonus, we did multiple rounds of laundry over our 8 day stay. Free hand towels and toiletries at the hotel lobby. Decent breakfast to get you going for the day. Free ice cream on certain days from 3pm to 9pm. Staff were very friendly and welcoming!!

整體來說是很不錯的旅館 服務人員很親切 地理位置也很好 幾個小問題是冷氣機的葉扇好像沒辦法調整成自動擺動模式 機器運轉的聲音也比較大 另外就是床頭對著窗戶早上比較容易被透出的陽光曬醒

남탕 운영시간에 남성 여럿이 온천을 즐기고 있는데 여성이 들어와서 버젓이 아무렇지도 않게 청소하는게 정상인가요. 청소가 필요하다면 운영시간이 아닌시간에 하는게 맞는거 같고, 운영시간에 청소를 해야한다면 남성이 하는게 맞지 않나요.
