Every was perfect! Great breakfast, very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, location close to restaurants
Everything was just perfect.
Comfortable bed
I do not recommend this hotel. I am not ranting. There is a logical reason.
This is not really a hotel at all. But two separate businesses, a hotel called Hotel Dessertica - with sleep only services and a nice seating area around two pools that are definitely not swimming!! Laughable to advertise as swimming. Ridiculous.
What is annoying is that you could sit here chilling and 1. Noone will ask you for a coffee or drink or snack. If you want you need to walk a circa 50 to 70m walk back out nearly to the street and then back into the adjacent RAI restaurant business where you can get one. Taking that drink or snack back to your chill zone in the "sleeping business" place would be a pain. 2. If you need the toilet whilst chilling then the same walk is needed.
The above two overwhelming points are so irritating frankly I would strongly not recommend this hotel because you are paying top prices and this isnt a reasonable level of service.
Clearly this didnt used to be the case as there are access ways but now a door actually welded shut.
Irritating waste of money and my only pleasure is knowing that I was delayed to make my first night so only stayed one not two.
Book somewhere else.
On a positive note the staff are very very pleasant and welcoming.
Locatie is top, personal is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, prachtige kamer (heerlijk bed!); exact cf foto’s. Restaurant is fantastisch met heerlijke gerechten.

O hotel é excelente. Muito bonito, área social grande externa e muito aconchegante. Toda a equipe é muito atenciosa, e o hotel é bem exclusivo, só tem 10 quartos. Tem junto um restaurante, que é excelente. A localização, melhor impossível. Fica no final da Rua Caracoles, sem barulho, e no coração da cidade. Fácil também para chegar de carro. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
Minha única sugestão seria o café da manhã iniciar mais cedo (começa as 07:30), pois como alguns passeios saem entre 7 e 8 horas, acaba não dando tempo. De qualquer forma eles providenciam um box para levar nestes dias.
