Acomodação impecável. Quarto confortável e aconchegante. No início estranhei não ter ar condicionado no quarto, mas realmente não é necessário. Fomos no verão e à noite ainda faz frio. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã delicioso.
Obsługa uczynność personelu na najwyższym poziomie, co jest bardzo pomocne. Bardzo dobra restauracja, czyste i ładne domki. Bardzo dobrze utrzymane otoczenie. Dbanie o szczegóły, takie wieczorny serwis, butelki na wodę, itd. Super pobyt, szczególne podziękowania dla pracowników recepcji oraz restauracji.

A bit slow restaurant snd bar service , but excellent food and drinks
Incredibly unique, cosy rooms. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant is criminally underrated and some of the best we had in San Pedro de Atacama. The cocktail list was on point. At night, the outside pool area is transformed with lit braziers and candles and turned in to the most delightful place to kick back and relax. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
Storage space was tight when we had two suitcases.

Location was excellent - right at the end of Caracoles street so accessible but away from the hustle and bustle. It felt like a secluded, calm getaway from the town. Relaxing pool area, clean and well appointed rooms, comfortable bed
Although it cools down at night in the Atacama, the room was still quite warm in the early evening and would have benefited from air conditioning to keep it comfortable.
We had an amazing stay, and what a special place to celebrate our engagement! The team were incredibly helpful and welcoming - full of great recommendations and always in a cheerful mood. From the delicious food and drinks, to the tasteful decor of the hotel grounds and our huts - it was truly a special and memorable stay, we found it incredibly difficult to leave! Thank you so so much to all of the staff <3
