Pros:

Nice room, comfy bed, all good. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The service at the Bfast could be improved. The person who was supposed to attend breakfast guests was sitting and focusing only on his phone, doing nothing. The person serving Pho was helpful and nice.

Modern comfortable accommodation in Ha Dong, Hanoi.
Pros:

I always love coming back to this hotel - large rooms, comfortable beds and located near the metro, Phenika university and the new shopping mall.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little sparse. Not many options on the breakfast buffet.

High quality accommodation in Ha Dong , Hanoi.
Pros:

Comfortable high quality room in the Ha Dong area of Hanoi. My first room had an issue with the airconditioner and the staff gave me another room immediately. There is a new shopping centre nearby and the metro station is about 1 km. There was an asian style breakfast served on level 8.

The breakfast was very limited.

We had good time. We will come back next time anh hope can see “Hà” still work there.
Pros:

100% for staff especially “Hà”. She is amazing reception hotel ever I met in Vietnam 🇻🇳. She is so care, kind, and support us for everything. We like her so so much.

Cons:

Around location didn’t have much shop or local shop. it’s hard to get food and stuff.
