EXCELLENT, JUST EXCELLENT!
Pros:

Everything is great here. We love it. The facilities are antique and chic, all well-maintained. Shared kitchen is so useful. Rooms decor is tasteful. Mattresses are super comfy! Heating/AC, swimming pool, the hall... everything is nice and clean. The location is central, but very quiet. Staff is kind and available. You have cafés, restaurants, 2 supermarkets and the pharmacy at 3-min walk. You can park easily at 5 min, just avoid the yellow line. We have extended our stay twice already !!! Highly recommended if you look for a peaceful spot elegant and comfy while you explore the island... or for a romantic trip! Car needed.

Cons:

Nothing. I would maybe add some bowls in the kitchen for cereals, soups or gazpacho, and a chopping knife, but... everything is great so... there's nothing I don't like really.

Fijn verblijf op een rustige plek vlakbij de pleintjes. Goede bedden en goede service.

Goede service en snel antwoord en handelen als er iets was.

Cons:

Er wordt teveel chloor gebruikt bij het schoonmaken, dat is niet goed voor het leefklimaat.

Es bonic i esta ben situat.

Cons:

El matalàs ja està molt desgastat i l'habitació que em va tocar, tenia humitat i desaigua i feia olor a humitat. Era planta baixa i a sota l'escala, potser no es la millor.

Arrivé dans la chambre une odeur de javel irrespirable.
Chambre pour 3 minuscules
Pas de verre dans la salle de bain, pas de savon, pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner ni sur place ni à proximité car il n’y a rien . Le personnel m’a répondu en vidéo pour m’expliquer comment faire pour avoir de l’électricité avec un bruit d’enfant qui hurlais derrière donc pas professionnel. L’accroche au pommeau de douche à 2.20 du sol donc inutilisable . Pas d’ascenseur et escalier très haut donc difficile pour monter les valise et ma grand mère

Buena relación calidad-precio y zonas comunes para salir un poco de la habitación

La casa es bonita y céntrica. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda. El baño espacioso y moderno.

No hay sitio cerca para aparcar. He tenido problema con Myrooms para que me hiciesen la factura

Uncomfortable sleeping conditions

Cons:

No staff onsite. You have to phone to get any information (like how to get in to your room). Upon arrival, we noticed there were only sheets on the beds and it was quite cold. We phoned and asked for blankets. They said that would be possible the next day as the cleaning lady had already left for the day. But we were there for one night only. They said turn the heat up in the room. The forced air goes right onto to the top of the bed. We had to breathe the forced air and wear all of our clothes to bed.
