Pros:

価格が200ドルを超えている事から、宿泊客がまばらであるのは、まあ、よいてんですが、泊まった最上階が、まず、クーラーが、着いているが、全く効いていないようで、30度くらいで、部屋の中で汗をかく始末。テレビはローカルの２つのテャンネルだけが写り、他はダメ。話になりませんでした。また、レストランは、これは仕方がないのか、英語が通じなく、中国語が条件でした。それにしても、かつては、まだ、レーズナブルな価格設定で、良い部屋があったのですが、こうも価格が上がって、部屋が最悪なのは、どうした事なのでしょう。

So disappointing, don’t stay here!
Pros:

This place is so disappointing, dirty and disgusting. Both the hotel and surrounding area are unfinished and unfit for paying guests at this time. The pool wasn’t ready, the sun beds hadn’t arrived from China, the lifts were broken so we had to trek through the building site to use the filthy dirty service elevator with the dirty washing and building materials that were being moved around.
This place simply should not be open at this time. I am In the process of claiming back a full refund. It’s dirty, disgusting and a complete let down. From the buffet dinner to the stale breakfast and the constant building site noise, nothing is up to par for the money they are charging.
Leave it 5 years for the construction to finish and it might be worth a shot, but not yet.

Pros:

아직 공사중인곳이 많습니다. 한 2년 지나면 괜찮을거 같아요. 시내가 아니라서 시내로 가려면 툭툭이를 이용해야 합니다. 이렇게 큰 호텔어서 정전이라니..아직 새호텔이라 정비가 않된거 같습니다.

Pros:

the property is on a good landmark, however it is still under construction. The pool is not ready and the beach is full of worker's house. If we want to swim or sit on the beach, we have to find another place. The smoke of cigarette is everywhere, very disturbing.
