Petit hôtel charmant et agréable, idéal pour un court séjour à Suzhou.

Le personnel était sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. De l’eau était mise gratuitement à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, avec un choix varié et du personnel présent pour assurer le service. L’hôtel est propre et offre une atmosphère chaleureuse. Il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes en taxi pour rejoindre les principales attractions de la ville.

Cons:

La station de métro la plus proche est un peu éloignée pour s’y rendre confortablement à pied, si bien que nous avons utilisé exclusivement les taxis pendant notre séjour.

L’absence de téléphone dans la chambre, ce qui peut compliquer les échanges avec la réception lorsque l’on a une question ou un besoin particulier.
Enfin, lors du check-in, alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un grand lit, il nous a été proposé à plusieurs reprises de changer pour une chambre avec deux lits séparés. Étant un couple, nous avons trouvé cette insistance quelque peu gênante.

Stanza molto grande, accogliente, servici free come lavanderia con asciugatrice e palestra! Colazione buona (con opzione internazionale).
Prodotti bagno di buona qualità. Staff disponibile, possibile lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check-out

Cons:

Wi-Fi è molto lento, è instabile (ma come in tutti gli hotel visitati in Cina), lo staff non parla benissimo inglese

Pros:

Das Hotel sieht sehr schön aus und ist sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend gross. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt auch etwas Toast für Europäer, der Kaffee schmeckt auch.
Die Lage ist auch ok. Mit dem Didi in 8min am Bahnhof und in 15 Minuten an den Gärten. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Cons:

Das Gym besteht nur aus einem Laufband. Was macht nicht gestört hat.
Die U-bahn Station ist etwas entfernt, aber dafür liegt das Hotel schön ruhig. Man kann nicht alles haben.
