พนักงานบริการดี สถานที่ดี อาหารเช้าก็ดี

- โดยรวม ชอบมาก ห้องพักตกแต่งได้ดี เตียงหมอนผ้าห่มนอนสบาย ทำเลถือว่าดีมากอยู่ในเมือง เดินทางไปห้างสะดวก มีห้องฟิตเนส มีสระว่ายน้ำ เครื่องซักผ้า และอบผ้าแบบหยอดเหรียญ บริเวณโรงแรมร่มรื่น ต้นไม้เยอะ มีสวนด้านข้าง มีจักรยานให้ยืมใช้ได้
- อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายให้เลือก มีเปลี่ยนเมนูเรื่อยๆ พนักงานในห้องอาหารดูแลได้ดี
- แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดห้องให้ดี อัธยาศัยดี
- พนักงานต้อนรับให้บริการดี

- มันจะมีหมอนลายใบนึงแต่ละเตียงที่แบบเปลี่ยนปลอกหมอนไม่ได้ คือมันค่อนข้างถูกใช้มาเยอะ และมีคราบเลอะ ไม่แน่ใจว่าทางโรงแรมควรจะเปลี่ยนหรือใส่ปลอกหมอนน่าจะดีกว่านะครับ
- ระหว่างเข้าพัก มีความพยายามของช่างจากข้างนอก (ซึ่งพนักงานบอกว่าเป็นกิจการของคุณพ่อเจ้าของ) เข้ามาปรับปรุงพื้นซึ่งมีกลิ่นเข้าไปในห้องทางท่อแอร์จนอยู่ในห้องไม่ได้ และยังมีความพยายามเข้ามาทำงานอีกครั้งในสัปดาห์ถัดมาเพื่อลงเงาเฟอร์นิเจอร์อีกรอบ ทั้งที่มีผู้เข้าพักเต็มอาคาร พนักงานเองก็เดือดร้อนกับกลิ่นที่ทำก่อนหน้านี้เช่นกัน และในขณะที่แม่บ้านต้องทำความสะอาดต้องดมกลิ่นอยู่ในตึกทั้งวัน ดีที่ร้องเรียนและพนักงานก็เข้าใจและพยายามหาห้องให้ย้าย แต่ก็ไม่ได้ย้าย เพราะพนักงานช่วยเจรจาให้ช่างหยุดทำงาน ซึ่งจริงๆ แล้วเมื่อทางโรงแรมทราบว่ามีปัญหา ควรวางแผนการเข้างานของช่างในช่วงที่มีผู้เข้าพักน้อย หรือหาทางแก้ปัญหาเรื่องกลิ่น หรือปิดทั้งอาคารไปเลยจะดีกว่ามาก เพราะกลิ่นสารเคมีแรงมากอันตรายต่อระบบหายใจ ช่วงวันแรกที่มีกลิ่น ขนาดดมไปแค่ชั่วโมงกว่าสองชั่วโมง ยังรู้สึกได้ว่า คอแห้ง เริ่มเจ็บคอ มีอาการมึนหัว .. ด้วยความหวังดีจากผู้เข้าพักคนหนึ่ง

Pros:

Great Hotel, Great friendly staff, Best hotel we stayed at for the room and breakfast in Thailand.
We did not really see the staff that much, as we were using the back of the hotel to access the building and were out most of the time.

Cons:

There was nothing about this hotel I did not like. Would stay there again and again if I had a reason to visit Korat again.
