Good for a short stay
Pros:

Good location, and a spacious, clean room. Breakfast seemed weak for the price, didn't attend. Staff was friendly and property was clean and well kept.

Stayed at Candlewood suites for the next few days and they had all of the above for less than half.
Pros:

Nice safe location.

Cons:

My next hotel had Full size fridge. Stove. Dishwasher. Garbage disposal. Microwave, Silverware, Dish's, Pots and pans, Paper towels USB ports everywhere. Free laundry, BBQ grills outside of gym and indoor pool. 24 hour coffee & tea station, Ice machines an every floor, Rooms cleaned daily. Your place is way over priced for a very dated facility and had none of the above, Got all of this at Candlewood suites in Sterling Heights for less than half price,

Great location but staff seems to be a skeleton crew doing the bare minimum.
Pros:

Extremely clean, modern hotel. Awesome location.

Cons:

It was peak holiday yet everything seemed bare bones. Parking was limited as much was roped off. Bar is supposed to be a full bar yet we were told they could only serve beer, wine, or simple mix drinks. I was told they couldn’t make martinis and then they made someone else an espresso martini!?? Also bar was closed down early every night.

Pleasant stay and great location
Pros:

Staff was friendly and efficient. It's in a great location in Royal Oak. Facility is warm and well maintained. I will return to this Hyatt Place in the future.

About as generic as lodging gets
Pros:

It's clean, it's new, it's a decent location, and it's decorated with all of the warmth and style of a DMV. If you don't plan on being awake for much of the time you're staying there, it's a solid choice.

Pros:

We loved the room - very comfortable beds, no street noise, no HVAC noise.

Cons:

We couldn't believe how bad the breakfast was! For $300, we got a classic Motel 6 breakfast - scrambled eggs, frozen fruit compote, bagels, bacon, hash brown slabs, etc. We were hoping for smoked fish, fresh fruit, an omelet station, cheeses, meat, etc.
