Pros:

A clean Hyatt Place with friendly staff. Issue I have was the responsiveness of the management when a potential security issue was raised. I woke up for work and found a person sleeping right outside my door. I have 9 more weeks of work in the area, unfortunately I will be staying elsewhwre

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The room was larger and more spacious than expected, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating—they even honored my vegetarian request and helped arrange a quick meal when I arrived late, which I truly appreciated.

Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. When I’m in Royal Oak in the future, I would gladly stay here again.
