Cons:

Extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer, but my last stay was the last. Despite booking two rooms for three people, they tried to charge me an extra 10 BD when the third person arrived late, claiming he was assigned to the second room! Zero flexibility and poor customer service. Plenty of better hotels nearby. Never again
