غرفة لايوجد بها مياه ساخنة في دورة المياه ولم يتم إصلاح المشكلة مرت اكثر من 9 ساعات لم يتم إصلاح المشكلة ولم يتم تعويضي من قبل الفندق او حتى عرض غرفة بديلة ، لم يكن التعامل جيد من قبل الادارة التي لم تكن متواجدة اساساً
