A pleasant stay
Pros:

I had a very comfortable stay. I stayed for three nights, and my room was kept clean and tidy every day.
I really liked the shampoo and hand soap; they had a lovely, refreshing scent.
The breakfast lived up to its reputation and was delicious. I especially enjoyed the cinnamon roll rusks, the dark sourdough bread, and the pumpkin salad. I was so full that I regret never ordering the homemade juice or egg dishes, even though they were offered every morning.
And I felt that the restaurant staff were professional.

Cons:

Although I had reserved a breakfast time in advance via a Booking.com message, the information hadn't been passed on, and I had to confirm it again at check-in. Since I’m not very confident in English, I got a bit confused and felt bad about causing trouble for the reception staff.

Good location
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and in a great location! Breakfast was fantastic! Only downside is room was very stuffy and warm. Advertised as having AC but it did not work. Couldn’t get room below 75 F on 3rd floor. Requested window opener but had to close as construction noise woke us up at 7 am. Would be nice if windows also had blackout curtains. Difficult to sleep.

Welcoming luxury in the heart of Helsinki
Pros:

We loved this hotel because we felt so welcome from the first minute. Everything was also so clean and beautiful.
-The spa was great with two saunas and pool + cold plunge pool.
-The breakfast was perfect with omelettes of your choice and lattes waited to the table. Fresh bakeries from their own bakery, fresh fruit, homemade granola… they got everything one could wish for. The service was excellent, we felt pampered.

Lovely midsummer hotel night
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at St. George celebrating midsummer with my husband. The service was great throughout our visit, the room was elegantly decorated and the breakfast was the best I have ever had.
