Sehr schönes Hotel in top Lage.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

Im Spa gibt es keinen Ruheraum oder Liegen. Für ein Stadthotel ok aber bei 5 Sternen und diesem Niveau überraschend.

Die Lage ist perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer trotz zentraler Lage extrem ruhig.

Das Frühstück ist ausgesprochen lecker, vielfältig und von toller Qualität.

Pros:

Receptionist was great in getting us last minute reservations at Karl-John down the street by calling on our behalf. We highly recommend this small but excellent dining place.

Cons:

The bed mattress was too soft. TV remote and safe access should be checked before a guest stay as the remote batteries were dead and the safe could not be used as it could not be reset. Staff was very attentive to get both of these items fixed immediately but it would have been great if those had not been an issue from our initial stay.

Pyysin siivoamaan huoneen, ja tyhjä viini lämmenneessä coolerissa seisoi pöydällä edelleen samoin likaiset lautaset. Toki ne oli meidän extrana pyytämät mutta ihan finito (olisi voinut siivota). Meillä siis hääviikonloppu ja meikkausta oli ollut huoneessa..

Beautiful hotel - amazing staff
Pros:

We loved our stay at the St. George. Prior to coming, I emailed with questions. They were answered immediately by an amazing hotel staff member. She was the same person who checked us in and she remembered us! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We are still talking about the sourdough bread. The hotel itself is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

Peak luxury at a prime Esplanade location!
Pros:

Amazing amenities, amazing location, top tier luxury, delicious on site bakery, great breakfast, classy bar!

Cons:

Not enough trash cans in room, loud construction started around 7am one morning, and staff didn’t distinguish the 20% off parking garage with the same name from another one that wasn’t 20% off that was also nearby.
