Chrome-casting on TV didnt work. It was a pity because we were planning to watch in the evening some movies. At the reception it was told to is that our room has problem with it and it is not possible.
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys, tunnelma, siisteys, rauhallinen ja iso huone, hyvä sänky, spa-osasto.
Liian tuoksuvat pesuaineet huoneessa. Huoneessa ei ollut matkalaukkutelinettä.
Hieman hankala löytää parkkihallissa oikea uloskäynti hotellille.

Huone oli siisti ja tilat mukavat.
Hotelli oli täynnä ja kaikki (spa, aamupala) piti aikatauluttaa ja niihin oli myös rajallinen aika. Esim. aamiaisella sai olla vain tunnin. Tämä hieman pilasi loman kiireetöntä tuntua. Lisäksi spa oli melko pieni ja täten myös ruuhkainen. Kaiken kaikkiaan tällä rahalla olisi saanut parempaakin muualta.

L’accueil, pas d’aide pour monter les bagages alors que la réception est au 1 et l’arrivée au 0, il faut donner une heure pour le petit déjeuner, cher pour le peu de service
Nice room, good location.
Everyone was nice, but it wasn’t the most welcoming hotel stay experience and felt very impersonal.
Spa is really nice and the massage was excellent.
There was an outdoor renovation taking place on the terrace of the Finlandia Suite, which we were not informed about at the time of booking. This was quite disappointing.
Additionally, we found a half-finished bottle of champagne in the fridge upon arrival, which was not appropriate. The phone in the suite was also not working.

Vastaanottoprosessi sujui mutkitta. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja huomaavaista. Hissistä poistuessa kerroksessa oli hyvin tilaa aulassa. Sijainti oli meille loistava.
Sisääntulo oli aika koruton ja vaisu, se ei henkinyt kodikkuutta tai ylellisyyttä. Huoneiden numerot oli todella vaikea havaita. Opastimme muita löytämään huoneen numeron oven vieressä olevasta plakaatista. Huone oli karu, siellä oli kulumaa ja paikkakorjaukset oli tehty huonosti. Siellä ei ollut kerroksellisuutta tai yhtenäisyyttä huonekaluissa. Kylpyhuoneessa oli pesevä wc-istuin, jota emme saaneet kaukosäätimellä toimimaan, vaikka kaukosäädin piippasi painettaessa eli pattereissa oli virtaa. Huoneemme oli kohti hotelli Marskia ja korttelirallin kiihdytykset kuuluivat turhan selvästi huoneeseen yöllä ja vaikeutti nukkumista. Sängyn petauspatja oli ohut ja kasaan painunut.
Breakfast really good and personnel at the breakfast amazing.
Bathroom was super cold, floor was freezing and the shower door leaked water as well as was clonky closing (the soft close was broken).
Spa was dated, visible red mould in the steamroom. No staff to offer any refreshments (more sales) or otherwise no where to be found. The spa room temp was cold as well as the poo water. Harsh lighting not really suiting the space. No mood at all. Overall REALLY underwhelming. Something is whong when a 5 star hotel like St.George isn’t as good as an average four star. And when public saunas are more inviting.

The check in was really unfriendly. Also the room was really loud at night… you can hear the next room. The air conditionig makes weired noises and for this price you‘ll find better hotels to stay in.
