Overpriced and not that great.
Pros:

The location was great. The pool was fantastic.

Cons:

The deception when booking. It was made to sound like a hotel, with breakfast buffet.
Had we not asked about our booking that included breakfast, they wouldn't have mentioned the vouchers or even brought them to us. The vouchers should have been left in the apartment prior to our arrival. They had to wait until we were out to send someone to drop them off.

Although they were kind enough to prepare the room for earlier check in, they did not do a great job. The bathroom was not cleaned well, the shower full of soap scum and the floor flooded with water from the leaking bidet.

The new sheets smelled severly of extremely strong fabric softener. The smell lasted the whole week we were there making it unbearable to sleep. It made me question weather they even washed or changed them from the previous tenants. We would not even be able to tell.

The apartment had no microwave, only some dirty pots and pans with old food residue. We had to scrub the pan clean very well before use and we managed to make it silver again. It was burnt and brown. Very disgusting.

This property was not worth the large price we paid for it. Completely over priced.

We enjoyed our stay, because we as a family kept a positive attitude.
Pros:

Swimming pool is nice and amenities next to the swimming pool were good.
Locating is great. Walking distance to shops.

Cons:

Firstly breakfast was located outside of the building in a unknown shop, it only had a handful of items for breakfast to choose from and only tea and coffee no other drinks. Only food to choose from was Indian (malay )food. The staff can barely speck english so there was alot of google transactions. overall experience for breakfast especially with kids was not good. I paid extra for breakfast not worth the money.
For a family of 6, was way to small
Washing machine is terrible 😑 needs upgrade.
No lobby to ask for help or direction, better to stay in a hotel.
The whole building needs maintenance and upgrades.
Jacuzzi not working,
Games room not open.
No tea or coffee in the room
No Washing powder, basic essentials not meet.

Pros:

Convenient location. Great for families. We loved having our own space with kitchenette and bathroom, like a little home away from home. Pool was great! Loved the breakfast vouchers and authentic Malay breakfast in the mornings.

Pros:

I like the views from the window and a very good restaurant's cheesy twist 2 mins from the building. The washing machine is a good idea. The kitchen is ok.

Cons:

The outdoor air conditioned next to our bedroom makes lot of noise during the night. Access to the small bathroom is not practical with the double doors. The bathroom needs some renovation, dustbin, door rust and air fresheners missing, daily housekeeping should be included during the stay and should be included in the booking and should not be optional even if the price is increased. Missing additional pillows, bed sheet and pillows should be replaced by new, bedsheet was damaged.

Unzumutbarer Gestank im Badezimmer
Pros:

Die Lage war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Reisen in die Stadt.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Rezeption sondern man wird missverständlich per WhatsApp eingewiesen wie man die Wohnung findet.

Das Bad stinkt widerlich und der Geruch geht auch nicht gemäß der Anleitung per WhatsApp weg! NICHT SCHÖN!

Das inkludiert Frühstück ist auf eine Speise begrenzt pro Tag begrenzt und ist nicht im hotel untergebracht sondern in der Nachbarschaft.

Location was nice

Cons:

Sofa was burnt and damaged, bed was not comfy, two type of bed was which was weird. Only 3 pillow was given.
AC of bed room was not working well.
TV remote was not functioning.

Great Location
Pros:

Great city view. The apartment is clean and the facilities are good. Great location and easy to travel to all famous places in KL.

Cons:

Breakfast of the ground floor restaurant is good for Asians. If you are looking for English breakfast or Western options, it is better to book the apartment without breakfast.
