The hotel is good and perfect location but the front of house staff was very rude and would let me to my room when forgot my key without id who carry’s id to breakfest after staying here many weekend in a row will not be staying again

Cons:

Our hotel room stunk of sewage as entering, we went out for a nice dinner and came back for a shower, my wife went for a shower and the drain smelt horrible. To also find the toilet was clogged first time in use. As a plumber I unblocked it. Not what we expected apart from that it was amazing
