Clean and location
Nil
Very comfortable, room was ready upon arrival despite us getting there early. Being welcomed with warm cookies was a nice touch. Good range of food at breakfast. Beds were comfy and rooms very clean. Location was great, within easy walking distance of the CBD and plenty of restaurants and bars and cafes close to the hotel.
Not being able to cast to the TV, but this was minor and not really the biggest inconvenience!
Location, room size, bathroom facilities
Pillows too soft, there was an unpleasant smell in foyer last 2 days
Staff were great & friendly, especially those on the front desk and in the restaurant - breakfast was one of the best we have had.
The cookies and warm welcome was a nice touch, as was the birthday card. The room was spotless as were the facilities we enjoyed (pool).
A bit of a hiccup with the bar & being overcharged, but assured a refund has been requested.

my son sent my wife and I there for my birthday. staff were friendly, the room was very clean, breakfast downstairs each day wasd loverly, can't complain about anything
the only think I could say something about would be the pillows were very squashy/soft, but wouldn't be a complaint so to speak
Friendly Staff, great location
The location was fabulous, easy walk into the city. Lots of choices where to eat around the hotel. Every thing was accessible by foot.
Parking wasn’t available at the property and you had to drive around the block and pay starting at $24.
